比如说， 你先在62，和61的人一起比较， 可能你属于top, 可以拿到最高20%的bonus+
stock.
如果你现在promote 63, 年annual 和63，64的人比较， 你可能会不到15%的bonus.
每个org 不同， 基本上mid-year升级的人各team已经或正在报上去， 下面几周，各
team candidate 再平衡， 根据各部门的budget，确定最后人选，然后上报
organization level。
总之， 你的升级不是你老板一个人算。尽管他必须把你报上去，你才有机会。

公司在HEB区域, 看了Euless, 感觉周边环境不错, 但是房子真挺贵的, 做了点
research大家说Euless是比较overpriced, Hurst/Bedford会好点,打算周末看看.
貌似还可以考虑North Arlington, 不知道有没有推荐的?

tournaments in the US, naturally, it attracts many good players each
year. I am not in the open ranking, its ranking status has no appeal
to me, and I have never played in this tournament (mainly because it
is too far for me). This year, however, I kind of trapped myself to it
(long story), so I signed up. Off I go for my virgin Mida experience.

我现在好像有点点轻微的runner's knee了。完全不影响生活，就是坐久了站起来那一
下会有点痛，刚开始跑的前五分钟膝盖也有点感觉，跑开了就没事了。我跑完的
stretch做得还是比较到位的，冰敷想起来也会做。
不知道跑这个mid long会不会加重膝盖的负担 |

结果：不算warm up和cool down，正式跑了95分钟，共8.2 miles， 平均步速 11:25。
报告：跑到30分钟左右最累，正好又是上坡，觉得快不行了。然后撑撑也就过去了，不
但逐渐轻松起来，速度也快了，偶然低头一看，iphone记录的步速都到了10以下，赶快
减速。跑到1个小时左右的时候，渐入佳境，非常的轻松，不但不觉得累，感官也似乎
格外灵敏，边跑边左顾右盼的看风景，觉得可以这样一直跑下去也没有问题。但是90分
钟的时候正好又一圈trail跑下来了，心理上到了事先设下的门槛，就有点想停了。于
是多跑5分钟算安慰自己，结束首次 mid long。跑完了完全不觉得累，人很振奋，很精
神。
很感慨。两个月前我刚开始跑步的时候，只能跑个5分钟就上气不接下气，必须得停下
来走。没想到如今竟然能够连续跑上1个半小时，然后还精神抖擞的回家做8分钟abs，
玩玩weights，和一堆家务。 |

小弟1.5年网龄，一周周中周末打两次。唯一用的拍子是Head Ti.S6，但也想再买一只

感觉 Head Ti.S6太powerful了，想学着control提高一下。
看了网上的介绍评价，似乎不错，但comment的大多是水平比较高的。
小弟的问题：
从Ti.S6一下到Microgel Prestige Mid (L6)是不是从一个极端到了另外一个极端啊？
对于我这样的intermediate选手，这款拍子是否太beyond my level了？
