肯定缺医生。而且这个缺口会越来越大。
(2）缺的是什么样的医生？
缺的是primary care practitioner, 专科医生缺口不是非常大，也就是说比较饱和。
(3) 那么怎么解决primary care的空缺？
是不是一定要expand IM or FM的residency才能解决？ 现在来看并不是这样，或者说
并不尽然，有翻了几番的midlevel such as nurse practitioner or PA出来解决这个
问题。大家不知道，虽然IM OR FM的residency的数目这几年有少量增加，但是
medlevel却是打着滚的增加。
（4）怎样才能通过增加residency 数目来解决shortage?

外边吃饭以前平均每周3次, 每次平均200, 1个月算3000吧. 以前应酬多些, 每个月也
是2000上下. 另外总有个2-3000说不清的开销.
算下来, 一个月RMB22000-30000.

Fitness 很方便，with good facilities 不过要1000 多 HK $一个月。。。我在纽约
时都是用公司和apartment 的免费gyms... 而且去的次数也不多，所以觉得简直是贵啊
。。。如果不加入gym，在香港怎么work out啊？多谢了 |
