首先，我对儿童疫苗的观点：
1，儿童疫苗利>>弊，所以我不会skip任何疫苗。
2， 儿童疫苗并非100%安全，主要有以下几个原因：
a) 疫苗成分：有些疫苗含Aluminum，其副作用尚无定论。FDA要求静脉注射溶液每升
aluminum 含量不超过25micrograms，而一支疫苗可以含有125 ~ 1500 micrograms 的
铝。但FDA没有对疫苗中铝的含量做明确规定，也没有足够的研究表明疫苗中的铝对婴
幼儿的影响。
有些疫苗中含有人体或动物（牛，猴，猪，鸡等）组织，增加了疫苗感染病毒的可能性
。比如在疯牛病被发现之前，牛的组织被用于制作疫苗已有几十年。
b) 一些较新的疫苗投入使用时间不长，其长期影响尚在观察中。
c) 婴儿的免疫系统还不成熟，对疫苗的反应因人而异，尽管严重的反应比较少见，也
小心为妙。
基于以上原因，我比较赞同在接种疫苗的时间安排上采取保守一点的方案，以减少可能
的副作用。

recombinant or semi-pure proteins) experiments are dictated by the
sensitivity of your detection method and the binding affinity. There are no
gold standard. Generally, you have to try around.
I am suggesting some reasonable start here. For high affinity binding events
(tens of nM or tighter), a few micrograms of protein are sufficient. If you
load everything into one or two lanes, coomassie blue staining should pick

洛城的空气污染主要是含氮氧化物所至。因为这种微粒不比硫化物那样对大气中的水那
么有亲和力，所以微粒不会在大气中生长得很大，因此基本上不会影响到城市的能见度
（要知道，干净的空气中也必须要有一定含量的各种微粒的，这些微粒对降水的形成非
常重要）。 但是氮氧化物在强烈的太阳照射下，会形成强氧化性的臭氧或者原子氧，
这才是呼吸道疾病的真凶！

For the Vitamin, "active mind" may due to two ingredients: Caffeine,B
Vitamins.
According to your description, I don't think Vitamin D helps. Be careful
that, sustained intake of 1250 micrograms/day would bring your body

75 mg of IV meperidine has an analgesic potency equal to that of 10 mg of IV
morphine or 100 microgram of IV fentanyl. Believe it or not, a lot of
patients claim only demerol is effective to their pain. I used Demerol 75
mg dose a lot but how many of you use morphine 10 mg often?
