Just as the clamor about Biogen’s seeking FDA approval for aducanumab with
one positive Phase 3 trial started to die down, a Chinese company garnered a
regulatory thumbs-up for its drug, also with one Phase 3 trial. On November
2, Shanghai Green Valley Pharmaceuticals announced that China’s National
Medical Product Administration (NMPA) had conditionally approved GV-971, aka

通过改变microbiota来治病（最直接的就是IBD） 可这个和用猪便便解百毒治百病
有什么关系么。。

比如说现在有N多的牛lab在做microbiota.
当然了，如果你的老板或者未来的老板是Alex Rudensky, Dan Littman这号人物的话，
继续做Th17/Treg也可以。话又说回来了，其实Littman这几年也在做intestine
microbiota. |

可能米国的保健品不太适合东方人
我吃过的米国保健品挺多的，最近几年在生物研究很热的microbiota，对调节人体免疫
力也有作用，所以我就买了米国的probiotic complex来改善microbiota, 实践证明木有
用处
再也不吃这些保健品了！ |

against the traditional medicine, some "bizzare" medicine was always put on
table, such as different stool, feces name.
However, someone has been studying the function of human gut microbiota for
a long time, and some translational trial is testing on such "stool"
cocktail medicine on human. In fact, stool translation was used in clinical
in some specific medical emergent condition as well (I forgot the name of
the disease.) |

有任何严格厌氧菌。貌似C.diff感染经常都是病人用了antibiotics后肠道菌群失调，
然后C.diff overgrow了最后take over gut了，我MD PHD
的同学说他们各科室rotate的时候最怕这种病人，离的50米远就能闻得到身上的臭味，
我想这病并不是单是一个细菌感染的问题，还应该到social life了。 |

要是翻paper，有说激活AMPK，PKA，LKB1的，有说是glucagon的antagonizer的，还有
说通过影响GLP-1改变gut microbiota的。这大部分也都是CNS级别的paper，你信哪个
去？
这些信号激活了都能提高insulin sensitivity，所以还可以说metformin也是通过
Insulin sensitization起作用的。。。 |
