到湾区了。虽然我们是从纽约搬过来的，但还是深深的被加州的租房市场shock掉了。
在不断调整心
理价位和考虑到实际收入因素以后（目前只有LD工作，我9月底博士答辩，之后是准备
在湾区找工作的，不过找不找得到就另说了。。。。。。）我们把预算定在了2500左右
。主要是希望交通方便一点（段时间内可能没有车），安全一点，然后周围中国人社区
稍微成熟一点可以方便给宝宝找playdate。目前有这样几个（因为之前一直住
apartment，而且离的这么远也没法看房，所以准备租的都是apartment）。想请教一下
大家哪个比较靠谱呢？
1） 在Daly City附近，靠近SFSU那边的一些公寓。优点是还比较近，交通方便，靠
近大学中国人会多一些（我觉得？），缺点是看yelp上评价好像很shabby。有mice绝对
是deal breaker(在曼哈顿住的老房子也有mice，花了九牛二虎之力才解决问题，快搞
出神经衰弱了，实在不想再经历一遍)

John just came by, fix every possible hole around crawl space and put mice
trap in crawl space. This only cause around 50$. We did not buy the service,

老鼠”的语段来给我贴上标签，直接导致人误以为小熊川菜这家餐馆的冰箱里面有死老
鼠。我认为这样的行为属于第一，泄露我的个人隐私，第二，有恶意造谣诽谤的嫌疑，
所以我现在特发此申明以正视听。也请版主阻止其他人继续传播任何类似的误导性语言。
上大学期间，这时还没有小熊川菜，我老公养过各种exotic pets，其中包括蛇。宠物
猫吃猫粮，宠物狗吃狗粮，宠物蛇吃feeder mice。宠物店有为喂食蛇而专门繁殖培养
的feeder mice卖，有活的有冰冻的，活的都是需要喂蛇吃东西了才专门去买，买回来
了就马上喂，否则活不了多久。冰冻的呢就是有包装的，方便没有时间三天两头跑宠物
店就为买一只活老鼠的人买，可以买一盒，放在冻箱里。
我在毕业前早就不养任何exotic pets，毕业后才有的小熊川菜，所以跟小熊川菜一点
关系都没有。养宠物蛇和把蛇吃的东西放在家里的冻箱内，和开餐馆，这两件事情没有
任何冲突，时间也不重叠。这有人非要拿此大做文章，一遍一遍的在不同楼里说“小熊

朱令不傻，所以才会吃。因为含铊鼠药一个特点就是无色无味。
For many years, thallium sulfate (Tl2SO4) was used as a rodenticide. It
worked well with rats and mice because it passes through their skin easily.
Once inside their bodies, it causes death. Thallium sulfate is also
colorless and odorless, so rats and mice were not aware the compound was

首先声明：投毒人， 拿钱发帖的人 都不得好死，断子绝孙。
孙维赫宿舍其他人早就看朱令不爽，决定让她吃点苦头。
孙维从外面买来一些老鼠药，放在自己的热水瓶里，并提醒其他宿舍人员不要使用。
朱令每日晚归，不打水，偷用孙维的热水洗脸洗头，导致暂时性失明，脱发，入院。
朱令身体素质很好，在家调理一段时间回来之后，回到宿舍，依然不改行为作风。
孙等人决定加大惩罚力度，去买了毒性更大的老鼠药（黑市上的铊含量很高的），导致
朱令再次中毒。
孙等人一直认为自己无罪，而是朱未经允许，侵犯别人财产在先。所以不构成犯罪。
孙家利用层层关系，把其送出国。此案最终以朱意外中毒结案，却也一定程度上反应了
事实。
清华根本没有那么多的铊，能让孙维等人长期（半年）多次投毒，还不被注意到。想购
买铊，或者含铊鼠药，非常容易，这点在以后的铊投毒案件中都被证明了。

The short answer is no.
Rats and mice are not that closely related. Under normal circumstances, rats
and mice are not attracted to each other and will not mate. Even if the
sperm of one and the eggs of the other are mixed together artificially,
fertilization will not occur: the eggs of one do not allow entry of the
other's sperm. |
