个plenum位于coil和furnace之间）。
最近刚发现plenum没封严。我自己把它拆开了，图片在2楼，第一张图片是全景，第
二张是后侧和右侧的sheet metal （一体的看着还装的不错），最后一张是左侧的，
显示根本就没和后侧的sheet metal装在一起，就是那么搭上的，从外面和前面不仔
细看看不出来什么。
这个问题我可以自己修吗？主要是考虑安全的问题。
安furnace的人好像是用的2张sheet metal板，我是不是应该用4张，先将银色bubble的
isolation层粘在coil和furnace上，然后将后面的那种sheet metal板下端用螺丝固定
在furnace上，再装左侧和右侧的sheet metal，将这2块板用螺丝下端固定在furnace上
，里侧固定在后侧的那张sheet metal上。
然后是密封问题，是用silicone，还是用foil tape 还是用mastic，或者像我的

有解释为啥Shell Rotella T、Mobil Delvac这些heavy duty diesel oil的Used oil
analysis结果都很突出的原因，普通engine oil是S certification，例如SJ、SM。商
用truck engine oil是C certification， 目前是CI、CJ。C的additive package比S的
牛x很多，但有可能会不兼容乘用车上的catalytic converter。
我的G35目前就在用Shell Rotella T，摩托车下次换油也准备用这个。mobil的
synthetic motorcycle oil 1 quart 12刀，受不了。

用橡胶皮带CVT还比较容易理解一点，马力小，橡胶不太滑。
汽车CVT就靠两个光滑如镜的斜面夹着一个光滑如镜的

Metal tile是地板或者墙面上用的，浴室里面用的比较多。我看过很多房子，只有几次
家里浴室用的是metal tile，还是装饰用的（并不全是metal tile)
Metal Shingle，房顶上的，很常见。重量也不重。都是很薄的一层。Metal Shingle也
有很多优点。
看到你的回复，我个人觉得Steel Jack是一个比较大的问题。Steel Jack支撑上面的建
筑，我相信这没有问题。房主应该是找比较专业的人做的，而且你应该可以找到permit
的资料。这种房屋改动，County里面肯定要permit才能施工的。查一下看看。
Steel Jack不能承担横向的受力，这是最大的问题。如果房屋是水平的晃动，Steel Jack不是绗架结构，
会最先失去稳性，侧倒。这就是为什么一般的房子，地基都是通过地下室，或者Craw
Space和上面的Beam，Joist形成框架结构，这样房屋的整体强度就会一下子提升很高。
(Beam固定在地基上至少要深入3英寸，这样即使有晃动，仍然能够保证房屋的整体性不
受影响。）

也是这样, 一定要先抓住该股票所属板块的纲. 对Moly来说, 它的纲就是它属于Minor
metal板块. 为什么这么说呢? 这是由于Minor metal有两大特点:
1. 它在地球中的储量远比Base metal少, 但又比Precious metal多不少.
2. Minor metal使用后不可回收. 这就意味着越用越少, 直到用光. 这一点很象石油.
常见的Minor metal有: Moly (钼), Cobalt (钴), Antimony (锑), Tungsten (钨),
Chromium (铬), 等等. (题外话: Cobalt这两年价格彪升, 比Moly更强) Moly的来源
有两种:
1. 60%的产量来自金铜矿 的Byproduct (很多金铜矿的矿石里并没有Moly);
2. 40%来自少量的独立的Moly矿, 既Prime mine product, 但矿石中的钼含量极低, 一
般Grade只有0.0x%.

这篇回顾一下用His-tag纯化蛋白带来的一些花絮。
每个蛋白都有自己的脾气，所以表达和纯化他们其实就有点像cooking，从原材料的准
备，配方到调味，把握火候，最后色香味俱全才可能成为一道佳肴 – 对于蛋白就是要
达到有其对应的生物活性了。每每看到“保证型”蛋白表达服务的宣传，心里笑一下，
然后就会想到自己的一个“秘密武器” – 有一个融合蛋白确实可以达到几乎100%的高
效表达， 只是都在包涵体里。从另一方面来讲，如果没有时间和经费的限制，确实每
一个蛋白只要花功夫去做，最后都能达到100%成功率,得到有生物活性的终产物。

metal 连接到一个电路板上，电路板上有个connector的，用来连接电流源。
但是电流源报错，说电路open. 于是我用万用表测量conector 的Pin 1 （laser anode
） 和电路板上P metal的连接是否良好。结果它的电阻是40欧姆。再测量conector 的
Pin 2 （laser cathode）和电路板上N metal的连接，它的电阻是20欧姆。正确来说这
些电阻都应该为零，可能焊接conector的时候接触不好了，是不是这些欧姆导致电流源
认为电路是断的？
一般来说，QW半导体光放大器的P metal/n metal之间的电阻有多大？多谢！！ |

I often talk about the connections between metal and rock music. As far as I
am concerned, metal is just rock’s pissed off younger brother. As a
budding teenager discovering heavy music, my gateway was hard rock with a
metallic slant like Guns N Roses and Alice In Chains, or thrash metal bands
that were going through a rock-ish faze in the ’90s like Megadeth and
Metallica. The lines were very blurred from a categorization standpoint.
