1、开户并入资，一次性奖励up to $600，资金需要保持3个月；
2、Asset在25K以上，每个月30次免费交易；
3、交易费Flat fee $6.95;
（另外，如果Brokerage里的asset和其他BOA账户的余额总和超过50K，那就是BOA的
Platinum VIP客户，基本上银行的服务都是免费了。）
这么看起来貌似挺好，但版上的同学们好像都没谁用这个、online brokerage review
里也没怎么提到，请问是有啥陷阱吗？和Fidelity, Schwab, Vanguard比差在哪里？谢

为了兼顾高利息和安全性，想买投资级的公司债。callable这个因素需要考虑么？
另外insured与否是什么意思？
Traditoional IRA账户，大约5万美刀的资金量。
需要分散在多少只债券上比较安全？
agency债券是不是两房之类机构发的债？和公司债比收益率有优势么？
大侠们还有什么建议或者注意事项交代么？
另外，我在Merrill Edge有每月30次免费交易奖励，可以用来买卖股票，ETF，请问购
买单只债券可以享受这个免交易费的待遇么？

我知道债券应该是大额资金蛰伏的工具，但是我没有那么多钱。
现在股市太高，不敢进。
睡在Merrill Edge账户里的收益又太低，一个月不到1美刀的利息，太黑了！
大虾还有有什么好的建议么？

因为利率预期在未来几个季度会上升，我打算持有债券直至到期，这样不受二级市场价
格波动影响。所以只关注在几个月内到期的债券。 |

1. Mutual funds: both has a lot of mutual funds to choose. If you buy a lot
of fidelity mutual funds, then you should definitely choose fidelity. A lot
of time their own funds only available to their account holders and without
any transaction fee. However, fidelity charge huge transaction fee for funds
from other fund family, sometimes one transaction cost you $80.

from other brokerages, e.g. TD Ameritrade if you have enough asset with them
. I just asked TD Ameritrade to give me some free trades. They gave me 100
trades without any hesitation. I can use these free trades within 6 months.
That is more than enough for me. If after 6 months, I need some more, I can
ask them again.
100 free trades per month in Merrill Edge is not of much use to normal
