于牛不牛，其实要看看个人，有些Assistant Professor（不管是科研还是临床）就已
经很牛，有些人是正教授了水平还是一般（美国有些教授也是熬年头熬来的的）。不是
正教授水平就一定比Assistant Professor水平高。 |

发现自己对目前所做的工作失去兴趣，越是研究的深入，越发现所做的工作除了发发
paper，实在没有太多的实际用处。最近一直在思考是不是应该转向新的方向，做些靠
近临床的工作，接近应用的东东。由于一直以来所用的模型还是以肿瘤为主，基本上就
是利用肿瘤细胞系进行信号转导通路的研究，所以想靠向Translational cancer
medicine方面，不知道版上有没有朋友在进行此类的研究。这方面自己虽然感兴趣，但
一时不知道从何入手，希望版友能帮忙提点建议，指指目前这个领域的研究方向，和研
究热点，以及美国现在有哪些实验室在这个领域比较领先。 |

换个杂志cancer cell，又审稿一个半月，直接拒了
又换NCB投，给了大修，
几个月后他博士第六年满了，文章又拒了
当时就郁闷的不行，说不想干了
几个人陪着喝酒
最后文章发了个十来分的杂志，前后花了2年时间 |
