有给我一个明了的答案。
刚才我把lease仔细读了几次，发现如果房客如果觉得房子部分或者全部uninhabitable
，就可以终止lease，并且拒付uninhabitable期间的房租。
并且合同写明需要先mediation才可以上诉，不然拒绝一方需要付律师费。
赢得一方有权索要律师费。
我觉得lease很强大，解释了我几个根本问题。现在没有什么好犹豫的了：）
今天房东找inspector过来，我几次跟她声明我需要半个小时时间从公司回到家里，结
果她跟inspector过来的时候没有给我任何电话，message，邮件。然后让inspector在
我门口贴了个reschedule的小牌子，她自己给我贴了个大纸说我violation，没她们进
门。真是哭笑不得啊。 |

have a provision to allow one or both parties to terminate the contract
without any reason within certain time limit.
Another reminder to you, a binding contract may have a provision to force
you to go through mediation process first. That means you cannot sue the
other party immediately.

standing water, recommend evaluate grading/drainage system.

蛋过敏，流感疫苗应该可以一针full dose打下去。
你家的打了水痘疫苗起疹子，打完多长时间起的？皮疹是什么样的？有其它什么症状嘛
？俺觉得如果不是IgE mediated type I hypersensitivity,即使是，都能从小剂量开
始逐渐增量在过敏医生门诊内打掉。
水痘和MMR是两回事。没有哪个医生会因为你水痘导致皮疹而给你写medical exempt 的
证明而不打MMR.你以为医生会因为某些家长的无知而配合家长开证明？ |

1。啥叫IgE mediated type I hypersensitivity？孩子IgE很高，一直有严重湿疹。冬
天哮喘。
2。“从小剂量开始逐渐增量在过敏医生门诊内打掉” 是指分若干次把疫苗打掉吗？
从没医生给过这个建议。
3，水痘针后10天左右发疹子，浑身都是，没别的症状。水痘和MMR都是减活病毒， 后
者还是三种病毒，岂不是副作用更大。 |

明之前没好透然后有delayed antibody-mediated disease就是上面提到过的rheumatic
fever and post-strep glomerulonephritis (这个不一定会发生，但是一般
recurrence要小心)。我觉得应该听取医嘱，继续上抗生素，肌肉注射有时效果会比口
服好些，可以采用。 |

whether your ex will be cooperative or not instead of relying on mediator's
word. I'm sure you will come up with the right solution after that.you are a
very matured person.
It's a hard choice but you should remove any emotion from your decision
making process( you seem to have done pretty good on this). And please
believe anything shall pass and you' ll forget all these many years later.

本来不想回这个的，显得我小气了，可是有些观点我还是要表达一下。
你的观点完全站在女人角度而言。有点可笑，推理也毫无逻辑可言。

理，医学上称为Narcissistic personality disorder。我EX的

100%抚养权意味着更多的child support，另一方面她更加可以利用我
和儿子的关系来abuse我，upset我。这也是为什么她可以为了她自己的
经济利益而阻止我看小孩并且威胁我只有签了协议才能看小孩。如果她真
的为孩子着想，会不给我看孩子么？所有人同意，一个孩子需要母亲，但
是他同样需要父亲的关怀才能健康成长。

scholarship.....一作都意义不大，理论上，当个教授，是该培养学生出一作，而不是
自己吧。。。。。。。。。。。没看到一篇是他是通讯作者啊
当然如果他们系别的白人黑人教授也是这个水平，就另当他论。不过我记忆中psu是公
