发帖数: 151 | 1 最近出了个小车祸，保险公司只承认body damage，对于车祸引起的电路问题不承认。
这次碰撞导致仪表盘和档盘上的灯都不亮了，还有就是车后用以照亮车牌的灯也不亮了
。保险公司说要我举证，比如让我找mechanican说服他，我找了Nissan dealer，但是
他们说只诊断原因，不发表评论。我下一步该怎么办？不行我只能找华人mechanican试
试了。还有，我车98年的，很老了。 |

买车会担一点风险，不过还不至于到这种地步。所以他到dealer
那买了一部车还专门到mechanican那去咨询了一通，结果是绝对是个good deal. 那家伙
因以为傲，还说如果我买车，他带那个mechanican 去帮我看车。 |

Just want to summarize my Focus
Ford Focus: 2001. Mileage: 165K (266 KM)
Problem Happened:
Timing Belt and water pump were broken once at 205 KM ( A
Chinese Mechanican told me this car has no belt. In fact it is wrong. The
belt is located inside. I didn't read the manual. The belt was broken at
5000 km after recomended maintenance.)
Leakage of coolant tank: I went to junk yard and got an used
tank at 30 US$.

- switches, relays, electric motors, sensors, etc...
Another reason users feel 德国车故障率高 is they are harder to fix -
normally take 1.5-2 times more labor time to do same work compare to the
rest of industry. For example, to change timing belt of Audi/VW,
mechanican has to remove the whole front end - bumper, radiator, AC
condenser, headlights, and a lot more - to reach the timing belt... So

neither Ken nor I were aware of until a few days ago, clearly demonstrates
your strength and insight as solid mechanican. As Tom also notes, there
were times on your committee when it was frustrating to us on the committee
that you seemed to be spreading yourself too thin by trying to cover too
many aspects of the subject.
