发帖数: 83 | 6 本人住夏洛特，几个月前看到有靶场的Groupon，就去打了一次，感觉还不错，回来后
就动了买枪的念头。话说小时候就比较喜欢枪，有过两把玩具枪，经常在家里瞄着对面
邻居的房檐打，当然有时也会偷偷躲在树后打过路的人（小时候的坏事还是干的不少）
。好了，费话少说，简单上网研究了一下，就开始了办枪证之旅。
首先，我还不是绿卡或公民，想买手枪的话必须要有hunting license （当然，满足一
些其它条件也是可以买枪的，不过一般平民是没有机会的）。去北卡的wildlife
resource commission 网站上注册免费的hunting education 课http://www.ncwildlife.org/， 如果平常没时间，可以选一个在周末的课。现在的新政策是课程六个小时包含最后的考试，过了之后hunter education card会邮寄给你。当然如果不想花六小时，也可以花钱上网学，一般要收$20左右，网上学完后还要参加大概两小时的onsite考试。
有了hunter education card就可以去walmart, food lion等店里买当年的hunting
