前一阵看了MATT FUERY的格斗体能，觉得还不错。照着练有1个多月了。天天BRIDGE,
HINDU SQUAT, HINDU PUSHUP. 然后隔2天去健身房锻炼下。身体还没什么大变化，不过
起码没刚开始的时候那么容易受伤了。
另外，最近主练双杠。1个月前还只能做12个，现在可以做42个了。不过都是不标准，
动作快又省力的那种。然后下来休息几十秒，再做慢速比较标准的。我准备啥时能做到
100个不标准的双杠屈伸了就不再加了。接着再练引体向上，看看啥时能做到1次100个
（标准，正手宽握）。现在做了双杠后，只能做4到6个引体向上了。不过估计引体向上
比双杠难很多。
我的目标是增加点肌肉（因为本身太瘦），但是不想练成纯肌肉男（虽然想练也不一定
练的成）。我觉得还是做些有氧运动，对身体内部机能也进行锻炼的好。
前几天看了下TCMTCM老兄发的那个通背拳的也挺有意思，想啥时也练练。中学时练过一
阵气 |

在各个情况下都是通用的）。这一部总结了前三部的一些基本功，同时加入了一些变换
目标的技巧。内容从基本的站姿，握枪到correct flinching，call the shots等等都
有涵盖。如果觉得里面某些部分讲得不够详细，可以把这个视频当作一个教学大纲来看
，在网上找对应部分的其他资料。另外他的博客tips栏目下也有一些对应技巧的详细解

discontinue了， 粉底液后来改用了miracle teint, 还行。 现在粉饼快铁皮了， 求
推荐， 最好不要matte finish, 看上去自然的。 我只要稍稍均匀一下肤色， 不需要
很强的遮盖。原来那个photogenic是带点cream感觉的粉饼， 如果有类似质地的最好。
另外我没用过cream foundation, 不知道那个比起粉底液和粉饼各有什么好坏呢？
懒人想找个方便点的， 对我来说粉饼比粉底液利用率高多了， 就是因为省事。 |
