national math competition he took part in several days ago. He and I worked
on it several days and couldn't find the answer.
The problem is:
croot(croot(2)-1) = croot(a) + croot(b) + croot(c)
and a,b and c are rational numbers, find a+b+c=?
note: croot(x) means cubic root of x.
Anyone can solve the problem? Hope to see your answer and solutions. |

最好做笔记比较方便。比如加粗加亮加色，下划线之类的功能要有。

默认 -lm，而是指定一个兼容两个版本的库，不知行否？

specifically to actuarial students, but there should be several insurance
companies there, including ME!!!
It's a more relaxed way to submit your resume to companies and talk/ask
about anything you want to know.

小弟国内top５非清北本科数学毕业，美国３０～５０的统计系读phd２年，１年前拿了master学位。
源由：
想要转学的原因很简单，自己的兴趣，想用数学和统计知识结合实际去研究quantitative Finance；以后想做faculty，或者不行的话去上街做research quant挣钱.
其实现在药厂做实习，毕业后可以很轻松过来工作，薪水也有９～１０w。但是就是不喜欢这种无聊的工作和生活.既然坚定了自己的兴趣，现在不努力尝试一次怕以后遗憾一生。
申请方向:
Financial Econometrics里面偏数理的领域，asset pricing，high frequency finiancial data相关的volatility的研究和option的定价
弱点：
1.英语狂差，２周前刚重考过GRE：４１０＋８００
2.GPA也soso，本科３。６８，master ３。８６。不太会考试，而且修的课太多，我master每个学期至少４门课
优点：
1.不知道数学和统计的背景会不会加分很多，统计就不说了，数学方面SDE |

译通过，结果也正确，但是速度比在Matlab里直接执行M文件还慢。这正常吗？编译的
时候需要加什么特别选项吗？我用的所有数据类型都是mwArray，这样会不会导致速度

纽约州的 certificate都不要求这个！
其他州要求这个考试的 Yale University的一个 Education program要求考选择题的那
个 120分就是pass·~~纽约附近的几个州好像也有要求这个考试！
哥大Teachers College master phd的都不要GRE~~ |
