gay marriage law in NY. It will lead to more legal disputes -- Gays sue the
church for not performing gay marriages, and church members sue the church
for performing gay marriages. |

marriage也是个二级婚姻,与直人的婚姻不可比。假如我们能争取到联邦级的婚姻,那
么还是有很多比civil union多得多的benefit,最主要的有:
1。移民权利。
2。联邦级个人收入税。
3。配偶对过逝的一方的social security退休金或者遗产所有的自动的继承权。
4。配偶一方收养的子女,被自动视为另一方的养子女。
5。很多雇主赋予婚姻配偶或family成员的一些benefit,不能自动适用于civil union

Ninth Circuit: Marriages on Hold

granted a stay in the Proposition 8 case, yet again delaying the possibility

Colombian capital of Bogotá support marriage equality.
The survey, which was conducted via telephone, reached a pool of 1,200
