今年的Kyle Freeland投出了赛扬前五的成绩，尤其是在号称投手坟场的Coors Field投
出2.40的ERA，也是打破了历
史记录。虽然他球速也就是90出头，K/9不高，但是控球就是瞄着strike zone的边边角
角投，而且有大心脏。再加上作为丹佛本地出生长大，他真是现在Rockies完美的偶像
了。
Marquez是九月的Pitcher of the month，是洛基最近第二可靠的SP. 而且他这赛季10.
5的K/9排在SP的第十位。Marquez这赛季完成了两个成就，一个是9月26日，8 straight
strickout out to start a game，平了MLB记录. 一个是8月8日的Immaculate inning
, 一局9个球K掉3个。
星期天和星期一的丹佛天气不太好，比较冷，可能要下雨。希望洛基回到了Coors能找
回棒子。也希望我们明天去看球不要被淋雨。

只不过Marquez也是挺不错的。尤其是七月以后的表现。要说星期一的game 163. 他的
表现也不能算爆。从数据看4.2IP 5H 4R 2ER 2BB 9K 2HR，其中第一个Belinger的HR的
破坏性，跟之前跟投手沟通不畅，导致Max Muncy三振不死也有很大关系。
这场而言，5IP 7H 2ER 1BB 5K 1HR的表现，也不算是拖后腿了。开场手冷，保送了耶
律齐，然后被打2安打，让耶律齐得分。再就是一个83mph的curveball正中Aguilar的下
怀，打中HR。其他的时候来看，他的表现还是可以可圈可点的。
总体而言，Marquez相对于Freeland, 三振能力更强，但是有些细节和关键球的处理不
如Freeland。但是也不能掩盖他是个很好的投手苗子的潜力。 |

据菲律宾ANC新闻频道周四报道，菲总统发言人哈里∙洛克表示，菲律宾同意与中
国企业联合开发和使用南海能源。同一天，中国与东盟国家在越南举行了落实《南海各
方行为宣言》第23次联合工作组会。俄罗斯科学院东方学研究所专家达里娅∙帕
纳林娜接受卫星通讯社采访时指出，菲律宾在处理中菲在该地区领土争端问题上务实且
灵活。
半个月前的2月13日，中菲南海问题双边协商机制第二次会议在马尼拉举行。双方在会
上商定成立特别小组，就联合研究、勘探、开发和使用南海油气资源制定建议。这里指
的是存在争议的那部分大陆架。与此同时，双方就不触及领土主权的敏感议题达成共识。
成立特别小组在很大程度上得益于中方立场。中国一贯主张南海和东海领土争端各方联
合开发海上油气田。北京认为，双方从共同项目中获得商业利益是解决领土问题的最好
办法。
