物，没读过，不过看了许多简介和讨论。因为她本人既是专业人士(psychiatrist)又是患
者，因此这应该是本视角很独特的书，开卷有益。decay MM 也提到过曾经有医生推荐它
作为她的reading list之一。
值得一提的是Kay的经历：她在研究生院时开始有症状，到UCLA医学院任职后症状增强，
直到出现幻觉，无法从事日常工作生活。和大多数人一样，她也经过了从否认(deny)到面
对，到积极治疗的过程。作为psychiatrist，Kay一度不敢暴露自己的患者身份，担心因
此会吊销医生执照。当她最终决定把自己的宝贵经历同大家分享以帮助更多人，就是写成
了这本An Unquite Mind，她就决定借此“金盆洗手”，不再做挂牌医师，以免潜在的患
者有思想负担。不过这应该没有妨碍她继续作一个成功的研究者。

发帖数: 5495 | 9 感觉你是Bipolar（抑郁症+躁狂），只是躁狂在吃药后表现出来了。
因为治疗抑郁症的一线药物（SSRI，SNRI，Dopamine reuptake inhibitor）都是增加
脑内兴奋递质的，所以Depressed patients (who are actually bipolar but have
not yet had a manic episode), may switch into mania when given an 抗抑郁药，
比如 SSRI类药。而 Manic episode其中的一个显著表现就是spending sprees （疯狂
消费）, foolish business investments （胡乱投资）。和你很像。
建议你找专科精神科医生好好诊断和治疗。
另外，无论抑郁症还是Bipolar（抑郁症+躁狂），目前最有效的治疗方法是：
psychotherapy + psychopharmacology
psychotherapy---看临床心理学
psychopharmacology---看精神科并吃药

生存问题对于一个人造成的压力，为什么她会把我归于精神病。。。
当我在11天之内一个人穿越美国东西的时候，为什么她没有认为这是manic,而她却给我
鼓励说：你这样处理你的家庭纠纷很好。。。。。我和美国所有的精神病人交流，所有
的人都说，这是manic...我现在都不知道这是悲剧还是喜剧。我的下半生要我自己来负

specific opponent, put a lot of pressure on nit(avoid playing big pot with
nit w/o strong hand same time) and play a trapping game against manic.
lots of time the same person can go from on side to the other side
quickly. usually when ppl are losing , they may start to play loose and you
can play a trap game back. And when a manic is winning , he may be tighten
up then you should avoid him.

againt manic, and check/call 3 street with top pair etc bluff catcher
againt guys who bluff too much. You keep the pot relatively small by checking/calling and let him hang around.
Once I sit next to a famous Las Vegas fish, he is a local cardiac
surgery doctor and a total manic and fish in poker. I made decent money
from him. He told me he just lost 10k+ in Bellagio 10/20 game in one hand.

停药主要担心bipolar manic episode发作，妄想（delusion）。像你的强迫症，想跳
车什么的，如果停药以后，控制不了自己，真的去做了，后果非常严重。
可怕的是，当病来的时候，自己没有太多的察觉。一旦开始了，自己失去了对自己的控
制。
我和evolve一样，是被强制送去医院的。真的不希望再发生，特别是被注射镇定针，相
当难受，而且自以为针对身体有相当的伤害。
我相信我也是bipolar I，只想着耐心坚持吃药，希望病不要发作。
和evolve一样，问你白天吃的是什么药？
我也吃两种药，不过是晚上一起吃的。Lithium对付manic，Risperdal对付delusion/

她说很多bi-poloar的，在他们feel good的时候，都想过停药；
有人是回到manic的状态了，有人是ok了；没法确定我的情形。
她说我可以停药，但是在 Manic and dangerous sign come
back 的时候，我要自己能够知道（这个其实我自己是能意识到
的，因为当那些sign 回来的时候，我会害怕），要重新take
back the medication.
我听了这个，又想起昨天版上说的，还是决定重新开始吃
mood stabilizer. 想说吃到这个夏天结束为止。
然后我想问evolve，在逆行高速的时候，你当时的dilusion
是什么？
我自己知道我的dilusion什么，我的就是觉得我自己很牛，
能够对待曾经那些让我不爽的人能够fight back, 让他们
觉得被screw up了。但是其实，我会做出非常危险的行为，
是对自己相当不利的行为。这是这次去看心理医生的导火索。

以前写过考试那天有manic倾向。感觉不是紧张而是激动。做题很快。每个block 45分
钟做完，静不下心来检查，大概过了一便，什么都没改。
材料： MTB2, UW,
UW 两边，第一边~55%，第二边65%
NBME1,2 分别在考前4周和2周做，都是190！！！极度紧张，但是时间不允许延期了。
所以接下来一周高效复习，很有效率。考前一周UWSA227。不很高，但很有安慰。考前
一周开始逐渐manic，前两天几乎没看书。
考试： 题干长的很长，短的就两行，分布均匀。很多儿科题。比例基本儿科50%， 内
科40%，外妇psych10%。Ad题不知所云，3set。建议先做其他题，最后回来做ad省这浪
费时间还不一定对。

强调。
我是事务驱动的bipolar，在逆境中是bipolar，在顺境中将能持续（频繁）的
hypomania（Ｈ态）——那是令人“羡慕嫉妒恨”的状态！
我的原创成就（idea、创意、发现、发明……），估计有80%~90%是在Ｈ态下产生的！
因为Ｈ态需要大量能量（！），并且不能长久保持，在我清醒时间其所占比重我估计在
最强时也就1/8（平均1天两小时），平均下来估计占所有清醒时间的1%到5%，由此，就
我个人而言，Ｈ态下原创成就是非Ｈ态下的百倍以上！
电影《Limitless.2011》中主人公通过药物NZT获得的状态，就是以Ｈ态（Hypomania状
