the California educational system. SCA-5 will eliminate the right to be
protected against all kinds of discrimination in education. Making things

technology though it has been available for years:
1. main reason- pilots/pilot association/unions don't wanna be held
accountable by evidences provided by such device in case they make mistakes.
2. costs-it's about 66k-100k per piece, but I think they just wanna use this
as an excuse to prevent being sued.
But I think FAA will try again to mandate this technology after 370 incident
.
