首先要承认标题只是个噱头，语言学一般认为语言没有先进落后之分。大家都有自己的
看法，见仁见智吧。但是总看到有人在争论到底汉语是先进还是落后。虽然我不 是专
业人士，但是就用点通讯和存储上的概念来聊聊为什么汉语是一种非常先进的语言。需
要注意的是，虽然以下的论证都是基于实际的实验数据，但是计算都很粗 糙，而且实
验的规模都不大。换句话说就是，虽然在这里汉语占优，但是换一批实验参与者，可能
就倒过来了。现在实在没有什么特别全面的测试。所以下面的数字 大家看看就行，不
必太过认真。世界主要语言的效率其实都已经达到当前人脑的一个瓶颈了，总体看差异

我们学习英语是为了什么？交流！在国际场合使用英语的目的是什么？交流！尤其是在重大外交场合，清晰、明确地表达自己的意思，并且在言语上不冒犯对方是首要任务，与此相比，语音，语速神马的都是浮云。看过电影《窈窕淑女》的童鞋都知道，对于native English speaker来说，口音可能代表着他的家乡，阶层和受教育程度，不过这一点随着时代的发展已经淡化。对于non-native English speaker来说，模仿某种native speaker口音除了当做装逼利器之外，别无它用。

8 hours for the rest. They also have plenty of weekend and holiday time
when they do not have to speak Mandarin.
If you can not get the difference between this and your example, I would
stop here.

let's say treating your lifetime as a whole is a good way. as long as you
are in china you should speak mandarin. you can speak non mandarin when you
are not. it's a bit extreme but basically the same idea a |

Everytime I see a new chinese patient, I just ask "do you speak GuoYu?" Of
course I say it in Mandarin.
If they don't understand Mandarin, I only speak English to them, treat them
like other american patients. Even sometimes I know what they are talking in
Gantonese, I just pretend I don't understand.
I don't think persons who don't speak mandarin are my folks.

I have lots of chinese patients.
Everytime I see a new chinese patient, I just ask "do you speak GuoYu?" Of
course I say it in Mandarin.
If they don't understand Mandarin, I only speak English to them, treat them
like other american patients. Even sometimes I know what they are talking in

改开以后，北京绑架了普通话，北京口音霸屏了而已。
清代，驻防旗营遍布全国，不论是北京的、盛京的、杭州的、广州的、成都的、伊犁的

在入北京前，满人已经说mandarin了。

我有个英文的网站／博客（完全没有广告和referral链接），但我在这里还是想用中文
简洁的总结一下。首先声明一下，这个帖子不打算讨论signup bonus，因为这个变化太
快了。如果你的消费不是很大而且很多联名信用卡都没有的话，我建议你在提高信用分
数的基础上每隔半年申请若干张新卡（最好每个银行限制一张），然后你的消费基本上
都在完成最低消费上面，那就不用考虑日常消费都需要用神马卡来最大化收益了。如果
你消费比较大，需要几张卡来最大化收益，或者是你需要一些卡的特殊权益，那这个帖
子会是非常好的讨论贴，我希望这个贴是一个互动的平台。

为临床医生，我挺同情这个OB。 现在的这种形势下，临床上大量的时间必须花费在防
备诉讼上的时候，真正可以用在思考和琢磨病人的疾病上的时间反而越来越少了。 有
时候，我们会发牢骚，说这哪里是patient-center care，分明是paper-center care。
OB这些外科科室也是出了名的大大咧咧，不喜欢document，这些家伙只喜欢做
procedure。。
八哥八嫂一开始去看医生的时候，估计还是被offer过翻译的，但八哥的英语明显还够
用，八嫂完全不同英语的可能性其实也不大，OB也图省事，就造成了后面的多次visits
，尤其是关键的羊穿的时候，连基因咨询师都到场了，就是翻译没有到场。 他们说起
来都在一个大系统里工作，估计当时八哥八嫂也还是彬彬有礼，彼此的医患信任也还是
有的。
真正临床上，需要翻译的病人的确要麻烦很多。 运气好，能接通好的翻译，沟通顺畅
的情况下，时间也要翻倍。 运气不好，等半天才能接通翻译，或者翻译跟病人有严重
