Birds" to their smartphones in coming months.

富人的所得税减免政策，但有好几个州正逐渐废弃对富人增税的政策。《商业周刊》(
BusinessWeek)近期就此刊文。
文章称，纽约州今年对50万美元以上收入征收的最高税率将从8.97%降至7.85%。马里兰
州对100万美元以上收入征税6.25%的政策在2010年底已经废止。另外，加州对百万富豪
所征的最高税率也从10.55%跌至10.3%.
全美范围内至少有7个州在萧条时期暂时实行了所谓的富豪税。但目前，随着财政收入

美国的富豪们现在可以稍稍舒一口气了。虽然奥巴马总统称自己打算在2013年废除利于
富人的所得税减免政策，但有好几个州正逐渐废弃对富人增税的政策。《商业周刊》(
BusinessWeek)近期就此刊文。
文章称，纽约州今年对50万美元以上收入征收的最高税率将从8.97%降至7.85%。马里兰
州对100万美元以上收入征税6.25%的政策在2010年底已经废止。另外，加州对百万富豪
所征的最高税率也从10.55%跌至10.3%.
全美范围内至少有7个州在萧条时期暂时实行了所谓的富豪税。但目前，随着财政收入
