我是学生，用的是harvard pilgrim health care student insurance plan. 这个是学
校给办的保险，还挺贵的，一年要2000多。
我今年六月份的时候后背张了一个黑痣，去看primary care doctor，被转到皮肤科医
生那里，结果以malignant suspect 做了切除。biopsy结果出来是良性的，结果保险公
司拒绝cover。我在看病之前打过电话给保险公司，他们说这个是否cover不清楚。在做
了切除，接到bill之后我又给保险公司打电话，结果人家说如果biopsy的结果是恶性的
，会cover，但是如果是良性的就不给cover。我觉得这明显的不合理，我又不是医生也
不会未卜先知，怎么知道会是良性还是恶性，哪有保险公司以biopsy结果来决定是否
cover的。
我写了appeal letter给保险公司，又写信给发给我bills的hospital， 结果保险公司
依然拒付，医院也说没有办法。只好上来问问大家有什么好主意。如果我没有能力支付
结果会怎么样？ |

困难的顺序排列）：
1）听收音机播新闻或轻音乐。

and it is curable, two or three antibiotics for a short term. |

if at all possible, perform a total or subtotal resection. she will likely
need hormone replacement therapy. she will possibly need radiotherapy too.
for the surgery, the approach depends on the location and size of the tumor.
the most commonly used two approaches are subfrontal and transphenoid for
this area.
