盛夏的party
春天不是读书天，ms夏天也不像，under们没有课，professor们germany的germany,
spain的spain, greece的greece, malaysia的malaysia, 于是phd们也不只乖乖做实验
，尽情enjoy summer of new york才是要紧。
今天老板不在，闲来无事回顾了一下我的记事本，八月里四个周末居然有三个invited
party，另一个周末是boston两日游，外加一次非周末的自助picnic，另有新老zju人
lunch和dinner共计3次，fz。然而对酒当歌人生几何，得意须尽欢，明年8月谁又知道
别人那些谁都在哪里呢。
party有两个生日，PY的thirty-something hottest party, 小Q28岁的roof garden
bbq，还有刚过去的一个是 hotpot style欢迎+别离。
PY的生日很幸福的有妈妈在，我们一干人也很幸福的有可口家常菜吃，PY认识人很多，
所以party上的人十之七八是彼此第一次见，对我而言，十之二点五是以前和她一起fb

刊上。中途一直没有消息，催过，据说是reviewer耽误了。直到上个月，审稿意见出来
了，被拒了。原因是其中的一个reviewer说，他们组在2003年有一篇thesis做的工作跟
我的一样，连公式推导都一样。我在网上搜了半天，也没有发现他们所说的文章。后来
在proQuest里面检索过，发现这个数据库没有收录那篇thesis. 根据我对这一方面的了
解，reviewer那个组是malaysia的，也是我们原来在这一方面的竞争对手。我上了他们
学校的图书馆网页，发现他们在2003年确实有一篇相关的博士论文。但是我看不到论文
内容，也不知道是否有公式跟我的一样。现在我的问题是：
1。如果甲的研究成果写在了硕士或者博士论文里面，但是没有公开发表。乙在不知情
的情况下做了跟甲一样的工作，那么乙可以发表吗？（我知道欧美国家的硕士博士论文
可以在数据库里查到，好像是算公开发表的。那么像malaysia这样的国家的毕业论文没
有被ProQuest数据库收录的呢？算已经公开发表的吗？）
