东西(非GC)的消费认作是cash advance，是不是这样不会算在500的消费里？后来研究
了一下并和chase sapphire卡做了一下比较，发现chase sapphire的申卡指南里写的是
要spend 5000,在BOA的卡里写的是at least make 500 purchase. BOA账户里把消费分
了很多种，什么purchase, payment, cash advance，fees, ATM transactions 等等。
我的问题是如果写明要make purchase, 那付bill，买GC是不是都不算在开卡任务里？

，给了张学校统一的卡，就说leave message。可我拿回家还是看不懂，填写的内容是
“Date，Awarded To，From， You make a difference when...".这个最后一项是什么
意思呢？是不是同时要送礼或GiftCard？
其它的项目就是送花，带点吃的给老师（brunch buffet）。

The congress decided to decrease the rate of social security tax 2 percent
in stead of offering make work pay credit.
If you compare your W2 2011 and 2010, they are charged in different rate.
I personally do not like it. Because my income is low, I would rather get $

我觉得我的case在朝着越来越诡异的方向奔去。先是不知道为啥在收到combo card之后
又被要求打指纹。然后上个星期打了之后今天我去给USCIS打电话想check一下status，
他们说他们看不到指纹的status但是说看到我的case被从NBC转回Nebraska to make
decision.他们说没看到任何有关interview的事情。
于是我就晕了。。。 这是什么意思呢？难道还可以不用interview？还是因为打第二次
指纹所以他们那边搞晕了又给我多转了一次，然后过一阵还要再转回NBC schedule
interview? 而且我的体检因为当时怀孕是incomplete的，难道make decision之前不需
要rfe medical么？
