section讨论一个issue(title明确给了，讨论也很详细）,结果panel summary说我们完
全没有考虑那个issue (而且这种情况出现3次). 我想reviewer就算不看内容也应该看看title
吧。一个给比较低的rating的reviewer完全不懂proposal,给了一堆完全不make sense的
comments. 这个program我年年都投的，以往印象很好虽然从没在这个program拿到钱，因为觉得
不少comments make sense,也很有帮助. 今年换了个管这个program的，没想到就遇到这么
random的一个panel. 以前对panel给的weakness我大部分都同意，这次没有一个weakness是我

天去看他的cousin's first college hockey game，问能不能提前或推后考试。这个一
般该怎么处理？
如果给他提前考了，会不会成为其他学生要求推后补考待遇的借口？
Btw, 我的syllabus 里面是这么写的： There are no make-ups for exams. If you
miss an exam, the final exam percentage score will replace the missed exam
grade. 是不是坚持follow这个policy比较好呢，但是又不想太不近人情。。。这个

另外一个问题，接着想请教一下大家，这个房子出多少钱比较合适。 房主的list price 是$179900, 房主2002年买进时没有
装修basement的价格是140000，eppraisal上的估价是175574，cyberhomes上的估价是156067，这个房子貌似很抢
手，上市才三天就已经有一个人出了offer了，我们也很喜欢，不知道该出多少钱既能抢到offer，价钱又比较合适。

Make Me Move的蓝牌，叫价也比Zestimate高10W，还特地comment说Zestimate
估价太低。其实，近来那个区成交的房子和那个Zestimate估的价很接近，就
算这栋去看了觉得好，我恐怕也只想在Zestimate估价基础上加两三万。
我的疑问是，为什么挂的是Make Me Move，而不是直接For Sale，是不是这种
都是挂高价钓鱼的，并不一定卖房，不好讲价？
如果是这样，本身心目中差距太大，是不是没必要考虑了？ |

96.5% in this area. We plan to make 810k offer. Our agent asked the listing
agent whether they have offers, they said they've got two( probably not
high), and they gave counter offer of 840k. Now should I increase my offer a
bit higher or just send the original 810k and wait for counter? |
