市中心有多少其实并非日常生活必备的资源（博物馆，街头表演）等等，更大程度上是
出于通勤方便，也就是mahattan工作机会集中的角度考虑。没有人愿意为了所谓的靠近
几个餐馆博物馆每天多浪费几个小时在上班路上。
而mahattan只是个特例，对于大多数美国工作机会分散的城市来说（典型美国城市市中
心的就业机会只占metro的20%以下），考虑到住职的邻接性，市中心确实诱惑力不是那
么强，即使有更多的餐饮和娱乐。 |

可能找到去
mahattan交通比这个再方便的房子了。两房一厅，房间都非常大，比一般所谓的套房面
积都大，一个厕
所，两个人共用，房租$600，电，煤气，上网分摊。缺点就是买东西吃饭不像在
elmhurst之类的地方
那么方便，不过如果您有车的话，这里虽然没有私人的车位，但是street parking非常
方便，我之前
住elmhurst，每周换边时的痛苦实在是不想再忍受第二次了... 出租这个房子是因为我
现在的室友要
回国，如果您有意的话尽快联系我，房子只会留到这个月底（事出仓促...）。

前5名里面3家是Mahattan的,2家是Long Island的，
而且Mahattan的那几家都是一直很稳定的，long island
那两家可能是Teacher/Student ratio占优最近升上来的。

起码看看美国历史 还有太空博物馆 自然科学博物馆还有国家艺术博物馆等等
还可以到国会山庄 白宫转转 螺丝福纪念公园 凌肯纪念堂都很值得一玩
然后来纽约时顺路去一下费城 看看自由钟和独立宫 在城市里走走
我没去过Oregon 但在纽约这破破的大都会久乐 在费城有另一种别样的感觉
同样是美国前首都 我真没发现纽约留下的任何痕迹
过乐费城 可以去Newark(NJ最大城市)和大西洋城看看 赌不赌一回事 起码现在大西洋城
能和拉斯维加斯赌业叫板 一定有她吸引人的地方
撩望大西洋 走走木板道 带上几片面包喂海鸥 很有情趣的
纽约玩一天就够乐(可以省很多房费啊)
去一下百老汇 顺路去GROUND ZERO悼念一下 到BROOKLYN的ConeyIsland
去几个博物馆 看看三座横跨BROOLYN和MAHATTAN的桥 Williamsburg Br已经列为危桥
下次再来就可能已经塌乐 多拍几张照片留念
去一下自由女神玩 回望MAHATTAN 你会发现少乐一点什么似的 摄影留念 可能下次再来的
时候会多出点什么 我赞成 |
