disposed asset，可以假设没有。你只要把ending balance - beginning balance就能
得出in 2010, you have additional asset in building for $1M, equipment for
375K, other asset for $124,652. 至于GAAP的accumulated depr压根跟tax depr
expense没关系，不用管它。用MACR计算，buildings depreciate over 39 years
using half month convention, equipments depreciate over 7 years using half
year convention, and other assets depreciate over 5 years using half year

关于missing data,很常见啊，因为受试者是人啊，人总是会有各种情况，有的是年纪
大了，行动不便，来不了了，有的也可能死了，有的是不想来了，各种情况都有。
所以，我也不确定是不是missing at random. 好像GEE对missing data的assumption是
MACR,否则会有bias（？）。当然MACR是很苛刻的要求。
我现在觉得是MAR就不错了，但是如何去证实这个呢？我想过用inverse probability
weighting, 但是不知道如何去做。即使是baseline也不是所有人都参加了exam的。
另外Y是ordinal data，但是不是normal distribution, 而是skewed,而且有最大值。
这样的话，我在想GEE的linearity assumption会不会成问题呢？因为可能有ceiling
effect？不是很懂这些。 |

年份的，比如一个设备$1M， 10年，每年算0.1M为成本。
美国除了加州，其它好像都是按MACRS， Modified Accelerated Cost Recovery
System， 似乎有不同的计算方法，其中一种最快的，是每年对半折，如果我说的不对

面.你的building 属于 residential property,按照 MACRS 27.5年,straight line (
mid-month convention)来 depreciate.
举例,你从4月份开始租,你这一年可以折旧7.5个月.税法上不论你是4月份的哪一天开始
place in service,都是从月中开始算的.然后,按照27.5年,
building cost / 27.5 * (7.5/12) = current year depreciation expense.
找个软件算算就得了.没有软件用EXCEL 也可以.keep track of depreciation expense
. 等哪天你卖房子的时候,折旧会减低房子的basis. |

就用form 4562。 选择section 179， 一次性全报完。不要用 macrs depreciation。
section 179 是这几年专门照顾small business 的。随时都可能取消，赶快报吧。

This item is the depreciation of all the assets your placed before 2014 FOR
2014 tax purpose. For example, if your building depreciation is $5000 per
year, and you have appliance depreciation (like washer/dryer, fridge, etc
with 5 year depreciation schedule) of $200, then the total depreciation for
that item will be $5000+$200= $5,200.

但是昨天我看到flash mx 的确很震撼，一个视频留言板直接拖拖就搞定了，这样
加上chat,whiteboard,一个简单的视频会议就很easy地完成了。 除了这点让我有些
感觉外，另外一点，就是在日渐成熟的网络教育课件的制作上，从mm几个使用flash 结合
视频和文本，图像结合的文件来看 可以预计 mx 做出来的课件要比普通的html或者
av+html/ppt 等做出来更加pp,而且只要有flash player 就可以看，虽然没看过具体的文
档，但是有人说mm出来的课件是符合aicc标准的..... 在加上flash comm server, cf
server ,也许真能搞出不错的东西来 呵呵

I did try the replace function, it worked for me at other characters, such
as 'Ã','Â','¢','¯','¤','â', but not on this
one. So I did some research, and found out in AL32UTF8, there are several
codes represent this very similar character. What I found are chr(49795) ,
chr(49794), chr(49792), chr(49816). And I know there are more.
is there a code map out there for these 5 digits characters? |
