要看民主与法制的总体趋势，
把所有国家的democracy index和corruption index
做个相关性统计不就行了。
从两个列表中取国家地区的共同部分，共163个。
算出来的相关系数是0.7，高度相关。

发帖数: 5581 | 49 Hannibal的盟友还是挺多的，从高卢人到Syracuse再到Macedonia。意大利的一些罗马
盟邦本身其实也确实有问题。拿下Capua的时候，罗马的形势确实是糟糕透顶了。不过
罗马的拉丁盟邦的确是够铁杆，而其他意大利城市也对Hannibal这个新来的心存疑虑。
Hannibal在战略上靠的是快，快到罗马没法干别的事情，比如送支军队到北非去捣乱。
他的战略突然性是相当成功地达到了。但是从战略角度讲，快有块的麻烦，如果不能迅
速剥离罗马的盟邦，Hannibal就得麻烦在意大利搞自己的根据地，这同样也是很消耗精
力的事情。而且，Hannibal还有一个失算的地方是迦太基没有按照预期地被拖入战争。
Cannae之战后，Hannibal一度成为意大利南部的主宰，在这段窗口期，他和迦太基，西
班牙和马其顿都可以直接交流信息人员和物资。Hannibal在这段时期没能从任何一方得
到有力的支持。
这一段的主要线索我本来是打算在从城邦到帝国里面好好理一下的。这里就不仔细写了。 |
