资料，也基本没发现什么跟他相似的小孩。现在抱着最后一丝希望上Mit来问一下，希

有不错的医生推荐，都非常感谢！

植物转基因与人类健康这个话题，最近争论很是激烈。 偶发现争论的双方对植物转基
因并不了解，或者一知半解，仅凭常识在那里推理。于是觉得很有必要站在一个中间的
立场写一篇“科普”之类的东西，让争论双方对于转基因有一个大致的了解，说话时不
至于总是搬运“常识”的东西。生物研究进步很快，以前常识的东西，现在早就不靠谱
了。每个人都需要及时更新自己的知识。
先说我本人的观点：植物转基因究竟对人体健康有没有害是要区别对待的！并不是所有
转基因作物都对人体健康有害。如转基因BT棉花，我想公众大可以放心穿其成品或半成
品。有些如口服疫苗的基因工程还是一个很重要的研究方向，应该也没太大问题。另外
如转基因豆油，由于油要通过加工和抗除草剂或抗虫毒素分离，因此可担忧的成份也就
降低了。还有，如果不是长期，而是偶尔或间接食用，也是不必太过于忧虑。对于我们
天天食用的主粮，由于存在长期累及的过程，这种风险显然会很大，需要一个长期的毒

先说一哈，本人从未来过生物版，这是第一次。平时都是在车板修车，菌斑关心国家大
事。来这里也属偶然，主要是被一个讨论BT的贴子吸引近来的。我曾经给一个反转基因
的网友写过一个科普，有些关于BT的内容。既然这里也在讨论，就转过来。算是抛砖引
玉吧。好像在菌斑听说过，在生物版反对转基因，会被狗血喷头的。哈哈，大家嘴下留
情啊。我觉得谩骂，不解决问题，理性讨论则有助于双方的提高。
先说一个我自己的困惑。记得方世民曾经说支持转基因是生物界的共识。如果说支持转
基因
就是支持在中国主粮匆忙推广转基因的话，我是孤陋寡闻，没听说过这个共识。本人好
歹也在一个所谓的主流机构工作，据本人不完全调查，周围十有八九的同事都不支持在
主粮匆忙推广。都还是希望对BT有一个长期的毒理试验。因此，我怎么觉得，方说的其

妻子刚过了34岁生日，家里一个3岁一个1岁娃。接到大夫电话自己都傻了，到现在不是
很相信，恳请版上热心的朋友帮忙看看这个确定的概率有多大，感激不尽。另外如果有
好的南加地区的 ONCOLOGIEST 也恳请推荐。
大致情况是去年初生了老二之后，在月子里有一天吃了朋友送的酒酿之后当日小腹疼，
拉稀，之后断断续续一直这样时好时坏。因为哺乳所以没吃药。后来家里给寄了一些叫
“思密达”的粉状药说可以缓解症状吃了很多。到去年入秋突然有一晚胃疼的直不起腰
，去看了primary physician，作了血检，什么也没查出来，而且到了那就不那么疼了
，给refer了GI specialist,也没说什么就说要注意饮食。今年3月初又一次疼痛难忍，

科学实验从来不test超过3个月什么的，你是否读过任何文章啊？

在table3里列了很多研究转基因玉米及其他对动物的影响。在这个就有好几年研究啊。
这些研究结果都没发现转基因比传统育种的更risky。
不过我觉得我的确太闲了。

公布调查结果：
方是民曾说生物界主流是支持转基因的（注意这个应该理解为支持在中国主粮转基因并
推广，不要理解为支持转基因研究，没有多少人反对转基因研究），只是几个奇葩在反
对。那就是说反对的人估计连1％都没有。我对此持怀疑态度，因为据我自己的不完全
调查，我周围也是做生物研究的主流之
一了，但大约90％左右都认为应该慎重推广主粮转基因。但毕竟我周围并不能代替整个
生物界。因此，我想在生物版做个调查。主要是来这里的大多数是学生物的，少部分不
是，但也应该是爱好和关心生物的吧。

stroma cells， lymphoid cells， endothelial cells.....
即使只看tumor tissue 中的tumor cells， monoclonal 和 heterogeneous 也并不矛盾。
tumor tissue 里的monoclonal 的 tumor cells， 即使有相同的DNA 背景，
但是在transcription 水平，不同的cell populations 的 gene expression patterns
会很不一样。

As for macrophage, did you check F4/80, MerTk, MHCII, CD40, CD80, CD86, PD-
L1, PD-L2, morphology, and phagocytosis?
And, the phenotypic change is generally on all lymphoid organ and tissue

mutation. 主要涉及的酶是RAG和AID，这两个酶都是modify DNA引发DSB的，这些DSB对
于B cell rearrangement是必须的。 一旦对他们的功能调节出了问题，引起DSB和
translocation的几率当然大增。基本没有看到其他lymphoid/myeloid tissue里面有这
两个pathway激活。 RAG maybe在NK cell里也有表达／活性，但这个function才刚开始
研究。倒是有一些报道说AID在B cell以外的cell type里面起作用，比如ES cell，
prostate epithelial cell，etc. 但它对于这些cell type的genome instability的影
响有多大，现在没有明确的说法。 |

大致情况是去年初生了老二之后，在月子里有一天吃了朋友送的酒酿之后当日小腹疼，
拉稀，之后断断续续一直这样时好时坏。因为哺乳所以没吃药。后来家里给寄了一些叫
“思密达”的粉状药说可以缓解症状吃了很多。到去年入秋突然有一晚胃疼的直不起腰
，去看了primary physician，作了血检，什么也没查出来，而且到了那就不那么疼了
，给refer了GI specialist,也没说什么就说要注意饮食。今年3月初又一次疼痛难忍，
去了PRIMARY ，给吃了药没好，又打了一止疼针才慢慢好点，再次约了GI SPECIALIST
，给约了肠镜和胃镜。五月初作的时候发现肠内有息肉，切除了送去作病例。早上妻子
接到电话说晚上大夫会给我们打电话，并且叮嘱我也一定在场，我就觉得不好。刚才好
容易把老大哄睡了，这会自己乱七八糟的GOOGLE 半天，感觉好像基本靠谱，但是不太

along with lymphoid tissue and numerous eosinophils. Its another name is
angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia. It sometimes presents as a
nodule and you can excised it; however it may also present as a mass just
like for this patient. I guess surgery with radiation may help. I am not
sure if steroid is able to treat the disease since there are lots epitheioid
blood vessels within the lesion. |
