昨天，这些人折腾了一天，白天，晚上皮啦啦，也不知道谁把谁杀了，谁把谁带走了。
反正我先生和孩子被绑架了，就不知道是不是已经遇害了。我本来是打算睡觉的，但他
们头上，地下装电磁波攻击器，让我几乎窒息。虽然我没倒下，但其实他们在我身上扎
的毒针已经蔓延，我能感觉到我的呼吸有窒息的感觉。我想我对他们已经非常仁慈了，
但他们不依不饶地攻击我，欲置我于死地，让我非常生气，特别是肆意伤害我家里的人
，绑架我先生和孩子，而且有许许多多无辜的生命毁于他们之手，有必要把他们曝光。
当然我还没分析这里边是那几个人具体攻击我，伤害我的，但他们显然都是一伙的。鉴
于他们伤害我的头部，胸部 和胃部，我就把这几部分的医生都曝光，受害者慢慢去调
查，追查他们吧。

University of Pennsylvania 的Dr Carl June和Dr David Porter研究组，
使用lentivirus 来改造病人的白细胞，使之获得能够在体内复制几代的能力
并能特异识别和杀灭chronic lymphocytic leukemia 细胞。
三个晚期病人自愿采取了这个疗法。
经过改造后的白细胞重新注入晚期chronic lymphocytic leukemia病人后取得
非常显著的效果。目前三个测试病人中有两个的chronic lymphocytic leukemia
细胞完全消失，已经达一年未复发，另外一个也有明显改善。超过任何以前对
晚期chronic lymphocytic leukemia （非骨髓移植疗法）的治疗记录。

去查了血，下列异常 （医生休假了，要一个月后才来跟我讨论结果，不安心所以先来
问问）：

Lymphocyte % 13 % 26.0 - 46.0 % L
Abs Lymphocyte 0.9 K/uL 1.0 - 5.1 K/uL L
请问一般什么情况下淋巴细胞绝对值降的不多，但是percentage降的很大？

检查，Rapid Strep A Screen 是 negative. 血检如下。 然后医生说是病毒，什么都
没做就打发回来了。请问，医生是不是诊得不对啊？发烧3天都没有退，正常吗？有明

Johnson & Johnson (J&J) received a rejection from the United Kingdom's
National Institute of Care and Excellence (NICE) regarding its new leukemia
drug Imbruvica.
NICE's job is to decide which drugs should be covered under health insurance
plans in England and Wales. Draft guidance issued by the agency said it

背景info：
在国内做过一个B超， 说肝回声不均匀。国内医生说可能是脂肪肝 （国内好像很多人
都有）， 就没在意。google 说 high MCHC could be indication of liver problem?
High white blood cell is indication for infection, but I'm not aware of any.
Though I have periodic joint inflammation and it flared up when my blood
was drawn (coincidently).

30日，美国洛克菲勒大学的免疫学家和细胞生物学家拉尔夫·斯坦曼（Ralph Steinman）罹患胰腺癌逝世。
未料，3天后，诺贝奖委员会宣布斯坦曼获得当年生理学或医学奖一半的奖金，以表扬他“发现树突状细胞和其在后天免疫中的作用”。因诺贝尔委员会维持授奖的决定，斯坦曼成为史无前例的唯一一位过世后获诺贝尔奖的学者。
斯坦曼是树突细胞(Dendritic Cell，树突状细胞，简称DC细胞)的最早发现者，晚年致力于基于树突细胞的肿瘤疫苗的研发。他还利用自己研发的疫苗成功地将生命延长了4年，原本他生命最后的时间被医生认为只有一年。
这种方法与魏则西最后接受的DC-CIK疗法类似。
事实上，斯坦曼生前也知道，该疗法对有些人有效，而对另一些则可能无效。所以利用该疗法治疗肿瘤患者，需要加以选择。

年就做到blockbuster,卖了10亿刀，百济的Zanubrutinib算是第三个，但对新药来说不
算晚，若能做到"best-in-class"前途也是不可限量。当初辉瑞的Lipitor也是statin类
药的"me-too"药，但长期霸占整个药物销售的全球霸主，为辉瑞挣盆满钵满。从临床试
验看Zanubrutinib应该比Ibrutinib 副作用小，药效更高，百济加油！另外
Zanubrutinib的临床试验是全球的，至少澳大利亚的医院有参加。
