因为公司没有直接报销(no code P in W2)，而是给了lump sum,所以 lump sum is
considered as taxable income, reported in W-2, Box 1. 但因为一些搬家的费用是
可以deduct的 （Form 3903 qualified), 这些实际支出应该从AGI中减掉，不知道理解

然后发现左右乳房都有大大小小很多可以移动的小lumps。当时注意到的时候吓得半死
，找了几个OB，都说是纤维瘤，会自己下去。X光也照了，B超也做了，都说看不出来啥。
当时身体不好，心情也不好，甚至有点depression，不知道是不是造成这个问题的原因

如果公司根据你的实际花费给你实报实销，reimbursement, 通常是直接给你一张支票，
这个是报销，不是你的收入，不用上税。
如果公司一次性给你一笔搬家费，比如5k lump sum, 你具体花多少公司不管，这笔钱是
通过paycheck支付给你的，是你收入，要上w2, 显然需要上税。不过跟工作有关的moving
expense(只要relocate的距离满足一定的条件)本身是免税的，所以你报税的时候只要满
足条件，你搬家的实际费用是免税的，可以要回来。免税的部分原则上应该是你搬家的实
际费用，比如拖车，机票，旅馆，包裹邮寄什么的，如果查税的audit你，原则上你应该
为这些费用出具发票。 所以，如果公司给了你5k的lump sum，实际上你搬家只花了$100,
那么$100你可以报moving expense, 报税的时候可以要回来的这部分税，但是另外$4900
还是得交税。如果 实际搬家花了10k, 超过了公司给你的lump sum, 那你可以免10k的税
。

钱，或者是油钱，如果开车过来的话
lump sum是要扣掉34%左右的税的，不过如果你搬家的费用发票保持良好，报税的时候
能省一点税 |

而且毛派小将很强悍的是，去KTV的路上，她竟然当街挑衅一个大妈，那大妈的孩子2,3
岁的样子，爬在地上使劲哭，当妈妈的站在一边，可能是不想灌着孩子，想让他自己爬
起来，这个小MM，走过去的时候说了那个大妈一句，怎么不管这孩子，那大妈说关你屁
事，然后这个90后就走过去指着那个大妈说再说一遍，好像要动手的样子，那个大妈也
被她吓到了，我赶快把她拉走了，她一边走一边说我1拳就能把那个大妈揍倒在地。。。
她还唱 <学习雷锋好榜样>，说是在养老院做志愿服务时学的。还唱了2首红歌，我喝多
了，都记不清是啥了。学英语专业的，还唱很多英文歌，穿着skinny jeans，夹着人字

Anyway is still a defined benefit one.
There are three tiers now:
1976 Tier:
Minimum retirement age 50, max 60 (age factor reaching 2.5)
Highest age factor 2.5=your highest pension can be equal to 100% of your
highest 3 year average IF you work 40 years in the system.
Full medical contribution for life after 20 years of service.
Lump sum distribution option for pension.
2013 tier:

1. 1M, 分批杀入，还是lump sum?分批的话，多长时间杀入？
2. balanced funds比较稳妥。最近bond变数很大，如果lump sum的话，balanced fund
也有很大风险。
请问楼主目前都用那些vehicle?
风险的话， 年平均5% 应该不难。建议学习这个版上 Tim 这样的 INDEX 投资者， 建
立一个适当的 股票和债券的投资组合。 风险承担能力低的话考虑 50% EQUITY / 50%
BONDS， 甚至 60% EQUITY /40% B:
ETF。 08年DOW 跌37%， SDY 跌 22%。 最近两年SDY也一直BEAT DOW。

15K relocation lump sum
Intern interview was easy, mostly talked about past projects, only two
technical questions, one about basic C and hashtable.
