的金额，而没提annual salary。我算了一下是对的。
说好sign-on bonus在offer letter上也没写。倒是另外一个一年的agreement上提了，
如果提前走给公司赔钱。
小公司经验不多，正常吗？
另外，relocation package只提供帮搬家，提供三个月的临时住处，没有lump sump。
如何再多要点钱呢？

象我们一样刚开始买房没有经验的xdjm参考。另外，各个州的规定和税率什么的都不一

一般closing costs分为４部分，贷款公司可能给费用的名称起的不一样，但是都是大

１。lender's fee
这一部分是贷款公司的收费，和房子本身没有太大关系。常见的有origination fee,
loan points, credit report fee, application fee, mortgage broker fee,
processing fee, underwriting fee, wire transfer fee, assumption fee etc. 现

合同上写的是：
radon不过关，头500seller出。
其他问题不过关，头250buyer出，其余seller出。
现在的情况是：
inspection的结果，有几项不过关。
1. radon 超标
2. 有个地方水管漏水
3. 有个电源不能用
4. 地下室lump sump周围的水泥有三个一米长的裂纹
5. 院子一侧的grading有问题
seller愿意出radon的头500和给修电源的钱，但是拒绝修水泥裂纹和grading。
我们的agent上周跟对方的agent在电话上讨论过几次。
五月一号我们的agent给我们电话，
说对方很坚持。然后说我们agent的老板也说这种情况可以不修，因为问题都不是很严
重。
现在我们的想法是：
1.房子是看了八个月才看中的，还是很喜欢，价钱也合适，另外还有8000块钱，为了一
千多块钱放弃肯定不合适。
2.地下室的裂纹很grading毕竟都是专业inspector发现的问题。肯定还是得修的。
不知道大家有没有类似的经历。我们让步是很可能的，但是还有什么事情我们能做可以
降低些损失不用输的那么彻底？ |

1. 你决定提早还清mortgage作为你的投资目标
2. 你手头有一部分闲钱， 那么越早投入进去越好。 一次性投入你现在能动用闲钱的
comfortable比例。 至于孩子和其他花销， 以后可以用equity loan和攒钱。
不需要把追加的principle打散到每个月， lump sum就可以了。 关键是你要make ur
mind.
