LPB is just a Band name (level, rank) in GE. the Band system works like a
pyramid. the lowest level is PB (professional band) with the biggest
polulation, then LPB...SPB(senior)...EB (executive band)...SEB(senior
executive band)...A Phd usually starts from LPB.
Those Bands are linked to salary ranges. |

今早收到的offer letter,不过还有几处不是很清楚，还望有经验的人帮忙看看。

fixed period).”这个Lead Professional (LPB) career band在公司里是个什么情况
