of days I began to notice the gas mileage was much lower than it used to
be. Here's what's been done in the garage.
1. EVAP emission control system check (since the check engine light was
on). They suggested changing the hose which I declined.
2. Had the fuel filter changed.
3. Had A/C recharged.
I can't relate any of the above services to a lowered gas mileage. Can

我这款车有lower control arm bushing的问题。今天做Alignment时，铺子说Lower
control arms要换，并开了张1k+的estimation。
Parts包括一对儿arms和一个Inner Tie Rod。Labor大约500。
我想问几个问题：
1. 不换arms就不能alignment吗？
2. 从效果看，只换bushing和换整个arm有什么差别？比如说有什么安装、安全隐患之
类的？
3. inner tie rod用不用也换一对？
4. labor大概需要多少？

了。
换了一套，花了300多。上网上一查，发现哀鸿遍野啊，这两个车的Lower Control Arm
和Ball Joint损坏是顽疾，我的6万才挂掉已经是不错的了。很多车三四万就挂掉了。
这种明显设计缺陷的问题，居然没有召回... ...真是活该倒闭啊... ... |

Also, your broker told you to wait? The first thing they learn
on page 1 of the Mortgage Broker handbook is always to tell
clients they better act now while rates are low. I have never
heard a single mortgage broker ever say "I think rates are
going lower so hang in there".
It's their version of "Buy now or be priced out forever". That
said, you can always refinance later if rates are substantially

读过很多关于德州最难端的Lower Laguna Madre 区域的钓鱼故事，俺早就有一种无法
抹去的冲动要去见识一下这个美国钓鱼天坛之一的圣地。话说这块地大部分的土地由
King和Kennedy俩大家族拥有，他们却不让作很多的商业开发。 所有的土地都只能向他
们租来使用以便他们能最终控制它们的用途，就是非工业只能耕种蓄牧，刻意保留下海
边土地的原始状。这样的话，很多地还是当年西班牙人登陆或是印第安人离开时的原样。
俺和家里的领导说，俺最近感觉不好。 想去五台山出家一年或是去Lower Laguna
Madre 钓一周的鱼。还是要大赞俺LD的大智慧，俩相其害，取其轻。那当然是去钓鱼。
周二一早收拾好大小包，装了一整车加行李箱。4根飞杆，一根Spinning杆，几大包软
硬饵。俺感觉会忘了啥，就是想不起来。结果走到半道想起来了，晕，忘了拿那包Fly

4. 腿抬高到于肩同高, hold for a few seconds, 缓慢而有控制地回到地上

敢弯腰下去的那种。
然后在网上查了下，发现这篇讲的很有道理：

有点值得我们新手注意的是，到底要不要做ATG，值得商量。版上置顶第一篇里面说建
议做ATG，所以我之前轻重量起步练5x5的时候就是尽量做ATG。但是这篇文章里面说做
到parallel就够了，ATG很容易造成round lower back。这跟我自己的体会很符合。我
自己觉得超过parallel后，蹲的越深腰就越难保持挺直，往上起的时候一不注意就
round了，我这次的腰疼就是这样造成的。之前重量轻的时候觉得没事，最深点起来后
完全能调整好lower back的姿势再发力，重量加上来就不行了。

议做ATG，所以我之前轻重量起步练5x5的时候就是尽量做ATG。但是这篇文章里面说做
到parallel就够了，ATG很容易造成round lower back。这跟我自己的体会很符合。我
自己觉得超过parallel后，蹲的越深腰就越难保持挺直，往上起的时候一不注意就
round了，我这次的腰疼就是这样造成的。之前重量轻的时候觉得没事，最深点起来后
完全能调整好lower back的姿势再发力，重量加上来就不行了。

发帖数: 398 | 46 以前会，有段时间太执着于追求在back swing到顶时，肩膀90度，hip 45度，膝盖22.5
度的coil旋转比例，在down swing的时候又过于追求hip turn 和shoulder turn的Lag
。造成lower back tension。 现在，根据身体灵活性，我 back swing时，hip 转的比
45度多，而且左脚后跟会稍微抬起一点来帮助hip turn，这样lower back的tension减
小了很多。本来就不是long hitter，所以似乎对距离影响不大。
