所以， 虽然建了fence, 却没有及时装gate. 结果被盗， 损失惨重。 其实在发生前就
觉得小区近来常常停了一些不认识的车。 另外， 对面的房子被出租给一个老黑， 我
们怀疑是他们引来了盗贼， 因为他们经常开party， 引来了不少外人。
第二次发生在Bellevue山上的一个好区。 我们刚拿到keys, 还没有搬进去， 我还来不
及装security system。 损失了一捆toilet paper。 （感谢Bush, 这年头人穷得什么
都要） 盗贼因没拿到什么， 就毁坏了一个toilet paper holder。 我们怀疑是原房主
在通过craigslist出售东西时，把毛贼引到了家。
所以说， 不管你住在好区还是“坏”区， 偷盗的事都可能发生。 这些盗贼是有组织
的投机分子。 一般他们都会先踩点， 然后看机会而strike， 而且一般在strike后他

中。
B1大喊好人有枪，坏人（B2）跑了。
好人（A3）冲到厕所，撞开厕所帮助A1
B1挣扎着逃跑。

B1在草坪上撑不住了，倒下。
B1，的第三项罪名是POSSESSION OF WEAPON: OR AMMO BY CONVICTED FLA FELON
此人是前科重犯罪犯，不应该有枪和子弹的。这就是坏人怎么也能搞到黑枪的具体例子。

第一次去NFL现场看球，能赶上Seahawks对49ers这场比赛，真是太幸运了。CK的长驱直
入，RW的神仙长传，Lynch的Beast Mode，哈宝的上窜下跳，Boldin和Crabtree的手到
擒来， Sherman的指掌乾坤。PC的喜极（几乎）而泣。置身于这些高光里见过无数次的
画面里，美仑美奂。更加幸运的是，Seahawks赢得了这场比赛，第二次进入Super Bowl。
其实前一个周日的时候，我还没去现场的想法。一是离得远，二是毕竟球票不便宜，平
时很少跟LD申请这么多经费。后来一系列的突发事件和家务劳动之后，竟然顺利的得到
了领导的批准。在RW3的大力协助下，顺利拿到了球票。这些花絮以后慢慢回顾吧。
我们进场比较早，双方队员正在热身。我们到hallway里看电视上转播的NE：Denver的
比赛。这时听到了巨大的嘘声。冲进球场一看，似乎是49ers的有些队员教练入场热身
了。这算是第一次听到了12th man的声音，领略到了主场的一点点优势。之后，
Seahawks球员入场，就是一片欢呼。不过这时候很多人还没入座，嘘声/呼吼还不是太
震撼。

quite loud. most rifles are really loud that you don't want to stay with
them. shotguns are unbearable, typically I would put on both earplugs and
muffs.

结果看到2点半还没完。
这时候听到开门的声音。。。有人在开我们家的门。。

赶紧摸索着开了灯，然后对领导大声的说，我要上厕所（英文）。老公正迷糊着呢，被

我赶紧起床，看我们家的门。结果外面的人还在撬锁。似乎没听到我们的声音。
晕。。我赶紧把4道锁全所上了。。

缩在一条街上。我们其实不喜赌也不善赌，吃嘛也就是一般般，晚间看show自然就是重
要节目之一了。算起来在vegas看过的show也有两位数了.请示LD意见后按精彩程度及性
价比做一个简单排名，并逐一无据透点评。纯属个人观点，只为给去vegas旅游的同学
做个借鉴。
1. Le Reve (Wynn)
看show其实容易有曾经沧海难为水的感觉。再好看的show，开始新鲜刺激觉的精彩，类
似的看个10遍8遍也就疲劳了。Le Reve是我们前后三次去vegas看的最后一个，却被我
和LD一致排在第一，其观赏性可见一斑。这是个水上的acrobatics,剧场设计与布置，

有人记得2003年1月在I95高速Fairfield段的车祸吗，一群耶鲁棒球队和橄榄球队的学
生从纽约开车回New Haven，在结冰的路段和一辆失控的卡车拖车相撞，三个学生当场
死亡，重伤的六个学生中又有一个次日不治而亡。当时学校取消了一切体育活动，全校
默哀，管本科生的校长说白头人送黑头人尤其伤心，这些都是风华正茂的最优秀的孩子。
上周末，车祸幸存者之一的Brett Smith在学校教堂Battell Chapel做了个演讲，他刚
刚毕业。他车祸后大脑受损，跟不上耶鲁的学业，就先去一个community college读书
，慢慢恢复。08年再回耶鲁，从头读起，今年学成毕业。他家是教徒，他以前不信教，
因为他爸在空军里做，频繁搬家，所以他从没受洗过。他车祸住院时Battell Chapel的

的变化中越拉扯越紧密。当然，每段关系都有一段特殊的背景，当当事人分享自己的故
事的时候，旁观者当然也只有把自己放到当事人的背景下去理解才会有更深的体会。
就喜福会里提到的四对华裔母女，她们的关系也在美国的环境下改变着。那些母亲
有着不同的过去，她们中有人逃婚，有人被强奸，有人在逃难中遗失了自己的孩子，有
人看着自己母亲自杀，不论她们曾经的命运在她们的性格中留下了怎样的痕迹，她们被
改变后的性格也都在自己的女儿身上得到了延续。在新的环境下，女儿们带着自己的个
性依然经历着那些看似与父辈们不同却同样折磨人的生活，女儿们能否在母女关系的成
长中找到真实的自己从而去获得真正的幸福呢。故事里的母亲最终都赋予女儿更强的生
命力去面对未来。

黄贯中自小生长在鱼龙混杂的九龙城寨旁，不想被人欺负就要找个大佬来跟。小学起他
就混迹学校帮会，打架、吸烟、勾女仔，操行成绩只得个D，隔三差五便要见家长。黄
贯中承认：“我绝对不是什么好学生，欠交功课，不上学，小学四年级就被赶出校。老
师甚至对其他的同学说：如果你们不努力，将来就会变成黄贯中那样。”
但黄贯中也学会了朋友义气。
在Beyond，黄家驹是黄贯中认定要跟的大佬：聪明、有能力、讲义气，亦师亦友。论技
术，家驹是阿Paul的吉它先生，不仅倾囊相授吉它技巧，还开阔他的音乐眼界。对朋友
，家驹从来两肋插刀、有福同享有难同当。作为Beyond头领的担当、以理服人的公正、

赛过。当然那个时候上气不接下气，真假声乱打架，听得很揪心。因为这首歌虽然音不
高，但基本都在我的换声点上徘徊，唱得很吃力，现在才唱的像点样子。谭维维的藏音
，我是不大唱的出来，她的音色确实太适合这样的歌了。后期也是很水，始终不知道怎
么让声音与伴奏融合。

everyone hates waiting like 10 min for the next band to set up their gears
with all the noises and somebody uttering 'testing testing...' endlessly.
Essentially, everyone, including the players, is just looking for funs.
U guys did a nice job even after all the troubles. Thumbs up!
More questions: I saw the venue was pretty small. Why did u guys just not
play thru ur own amps without miking them. Are they not loud enough? Were
