秤上的读数可以视而不见，可是由于肥胖引起的chafing却给自己敲响了警钟。
今年第一次chafing是两周前的半马，右臂内侧磨出的伤痕知道最近几天才完全消下去
。今天在同样的地方竟然又磨出一块。为什么只磨右边，而不磨左边，这是个问题。。。
今天开辟新路线，竟然再次迷路。看来对于我这种超级路痴来说，迷路真是每次开新路
