“在阿拉巴马州，所有年满21岁，因性侵13岁及以下幼童而在监狱里服刑的罪犯，在假
释和出狱的一个月前，都必须持续注射减少睾丸酮的药物直到法院允许其停止为止。注
射药物所产生的费用都应由罪犯自费承担。若罪犯对这样的方式持有异议，法院有理由
拒绝其假释或出狱申请。”
简言之就是，性侵儿童的罪犯出狱或者假释前必须接受化学阉割，费用自理。
提出这项HB379法案的，是共和党的代表Steve Hurst。
2013、2014和2016年，Hurst曾先后三次向议会提出过类似的法律建议。
虽然每次支持Hurst的议员都占了大多数，可是因为条款中“性犯罪者自费进行化学阉
割”这条颇具争议的内容，每次到最后法案都还是被驳回了。
Hurst为性犯罪受害者所作出的努力，也付之东流。

算了吧。中国老婆就没有几个算是支持老公事业的。中国老婆支持的都是老公事业发展
带来的好处，比如大房子啊孩子私立学校啊自己可以买好包啊之类的。一旦要为老公事
业有丁点的牺牲那可是要埋怨、咒骂、没好脸色吵翻天的。我光是在身边就见过好几对
年轻中国夫妇，男人一旦进入事业低谷老婆就开始吵啊闹啊。最恶心的还是那种当着别
人面鄙视自己老公的表情，和一些动不动讽刺的话，让我们旁人都觉得很尴尬，大家呆
在那里手足无措。感觉她想的就是“我当年嫁给你了，你就得做牛做马，怎么居然敢事
业不行”。完全不想想自己这么猥琐凭什么抱怨这么多要求这么多。当然了过了段时间
老公事业好转了，这些人又开始正常起来，完全不记得当时自己的所作所为了，连把老
公拉过来道个歉交个心都不会有的。这种行为就算是用来对不怎么见面的陌路人，别人

带来的好处，比如大房子啊孩子私立学校啊自己可以买好包啊之类的。一旦要为老公事
业有丁点的牺牲那可是要埋怨、咒骂、没好脸色吵翻天的。我光是在身边就见过好几对
年轻中国夫妇，男人一旦进入事业低谷老婆就开始吵啊闹啊。最恶心的还是那种当着别
人面鄙视自己老公的表情，和一些动不动讽刺的话，让我们旁人都觉得很尴尬，大家呆

他投资JCP 显然现在是低价 而且大鳄都有投资 他跟着做 基本不会亏 而且这时候说出
来对JCP也是好消息稳定人心
另一层面 同时说出来这件事是希望借机把他在SHARK TANK投资的小生意 推荐到JCP去
卖 零售大店小商贩进入是很难的
这个是JCP CEO 一句话就可以进入店面 至少可以减少等待期
DALLAS 和 PLANO 都是很近的
因为他的渠道更多的是在 体育 和 网络 计算机方面
实体店方面 总是弱一些 有时候好的DEAL抢不过 LORY 的QVC |

比如一个contestant上来给sharks报价，
seeking 300k for 10% stake
是不是让shark投资30万，然后shark占有公司10%？公司估价就是3millon。
这30万是白给，不用还的吗？哪怕以后生意砸了。就算投资打水漂了。
10%是股份，还是每卖一件产品，shark就从利润中抽水10%？
这10% shark就可以一直拿到死吗，除非他投资的这公司倒闭？
还有loyalty是什么意思？kevin老搞这个，很烦。
所有shark里最烦kevin和lori，又贱又抠门，完全没有manner.
对robert印象最好，绅士，相对其他shark，给的offer也比较nice。 |
