老爸老子灵活，没被汉语拼音给困住。不就是个读音嘛，“Chen” 是 “陈”，那 “
Cheng” 是 “成”，“程” 还是 “丞”？难道姓“成”的写成英文和姓“程”的一
样，不是改姓？别那么死板。
大陆1957年开始推广汉语拼音，为的是用汉字注音来帮助识字和统一读音，对于提高语
文教学，推广普通话，扫除文盲起推进作用。为了达到一字一音的拼读对应，汉语拼音
并没有直接借鉴英语来表音（英语本身也是杂交品种，拼音规律并不稳定），更何况“
英美的苗”，谁敢用。
开放后中国人与世界交流多了，拼音的问题就来了。举个例子，“李”这个大姓，汉语
拼音 “Li”，全世界采用拉丁字母的怎么读？英语读成 “来”，西班牙语和法语读成
什么我不知道。 至于什么 Xi，Hu，Lv，Lu，Zhu 简直难死老外了。相对而言，香港新
加坡用 Lee, Wong, Loo 更容易和世界接轨（新加坡的Ng就算了）。
对于生在美国的ABC，更何必执着用大陆拼音，还是香港拼音，还是新加坡拼音来给自

1.地下室有一面dry wall背后下面有白色的霉，这一面墙中间曾经被切成上下两半，下
面一半replace过，但是seller没有提到，是inspector发现的
2.Attic发现白色的霉，面积大，inspector说这样有霉的房子一个月才看到一次。关于
这两点，最后报告都写是moisture issue，possible mold，需要specialist 来看
3.Chimney的石头loos了，需要重新修葺，中间管道需要align，fireplace里面有两个
砖头松了
4.roof旧了，需要换
5.Radon test failed，数值是7点几
关于以上几点，agent说，房子都有霉，或多或少，只要修好了就没问题了。Radon 测
试，这个地区她所见过的房子都fail，只要修好就行了，需要循环空气
小问题list很长，说几个稍微大点的
1.garage 到attic的通道不防火，这个房子两个独立的attic
2.二楼有个厕所的下水不好，有点堵，inspector说也有可能是水太急；一楼的洗衣房
水槽，肯定有点堵，需要修
