很久没有听到江泽民的消息了，去年就听说此人被软禁了，不仅失去了发言权，也失去
了行动自由，这事看来并非空穴来风。最近读了一本书 《软禁江泽民》，详细描写了
去年初发生的中共狗血内斗，忍不住撮其要者分享给大家。内容可能有想象臆测成分，
是否属实，大家自己分辨好了。
习近平为什么软禁老江？当初若不是老江选他做王储，他能登上大位吗？如果不是老江
耳提面命，又把他扶上马送一程，他能有今天吗？习上台后，不是帮老江在上海建了南
中南海，与北京保持热线联系的吗？怎么说变就变了呢？
说来话长，但江泽民和习近平关系已经破裂，恐怕难以修复了，因为江泽民卷入了一场
针对习近平的未遂政变。不管江是有意还是无意，主动还是被动，反正脱不了干系就是
了，如今被习近平软禁在上海黄埔江边的“听江园”，也只好认了。
这场未遂政变发生在2015年2月，牵涉到的人物包括曾庆红、李鹏、江泽民、郭伯雄，

“Hello？”我抄起电话，哦，是L君。老公和L君是二十几年交往密切的朋友，L君有两
个女儿，大女儿与我儿子同龄，读高一的小女儿刚考到学习驾驶执照，玩车的劲头正浓。
电话里的声调比往日高，透着稍许焦躁不安。事情的经过是这样的：晚饭后，L君招呼
全家看CD，一部美国电影。大女儿与朋友有约，出门走了。小女儿朱莉声称对电影不感
兴趣，躲楼上去了。夫妻俩乐得安闲地独享二人世界。片子演了一半儿，电话铃响了，
是警察打来的。
天呐，原来是朱莉趁父母不注意，一个人偷偷跑出去开车了！做“贼”心虚，离家匆匆
，她忘记了开车灯。 在local小区街道上，车子就被盯上了。实际上没开车灯本身不算
犯了大事儿，我碰上过同样的状况，警察走过来，指指车灯，然后挥挥手便让我走了。

outback和lone star都是烤肉店，个人喜欢lone star多一点，他们的cajun ribeye
比较进味儿，每次去几乎是必点。outback的烤羊肉吃过一次，比俺老婆自个儿做的
差得远，他们有种把米饭和穿起来烤好的肉，蔬菜，虾等等放在一个碗里的东西，
相对便宜，味道也还可以。Outback开胃菜里边的鸡翅膀很好吃，是腌过的，不象
Buffalo Wings只挂一层汁。Lone star还有一个好菜，就是龙虾。是不是很惊讶？比
red lobster那种蒸的好吃很多，没有那 |

LZ我爱吃海苔，昨天刚从日本超市扛了一罐。办公室里大家一向都是带什么吃的就放在
显眼的地方跟大家分享，于是我也把海苔放在打印机旁边大家吃。
过了一会儿这个英国小秘就走过来问是谁带来的什么东西，我就说是我带来的海苔啊。
然后还请她试试，结果她试了之后那个表情……简直就是极尽夸张地表达难吃的意思，
还跑回自己座位上喝水，又跑出去漱口。大家好奇了也来试试，没人像她那种反应。刚
才这女人又过来跟我说嘴里那个味道让她很恶心。我就冷冷地回了一句“You're
lonely on that point"
英国人什么时候也有脸吐槽别的国家的食物了？她这表现也太缺教养了吧！
PS： 好为人师的请注意了：第一页看到alone和lonely之争的回复不想歪楼就忍了，又
有2个好为人师的来了，我这暴脾气还就不能忍了。初中英语教过的，lonely可以做表
语也能做定语，alone只能做表语，想炫耀自己E文水平请先学好初中英语，谢谢【别问

In China, New Year's Eve is a bigger event even than a New Year's Day,
because
the New Year's Eve is the time when members of a family would sit down
together
and cheer bear or wine together. Even in some provinces, family members will
play poker (fighting landlord) or majiang together.
It is interesting that some parents will give money as fund to their your

情互助，最好住在la 附近，最好能够全程完成。
时间， 7月9日-18日 共10天
7月9日，早晨坐飞机到LA ， 中午开车4个小时350公里到 lone pine, CA，camping at
Lone Pine or Whitney portal.
1 mount whitney trail
7 月10日 走 mount whitney trail. From whitney portal (2548m) to trail camp(
3700m). distance 10.1km. 爬升 1100米 早休息，尽量避免高山反应。
7月11日，早起， 上午登顶mount whitney, distance 8km, 爬升800米(4500m)。中午
短暂休息后，下撤，避免下午的storm, 出trail. 当天在lone pine休整， 住motel 或
camping at onion |

×××时间及行程：
本周5在湾区集合，然后有两个方案我都可以接受
1： 周五早早（maybe 4-5AM)出发。 中午到 lone Pine. 当天就开始爬。 晚上日落前
到12000尺的 “Trail Camp”（6.3 miles, gaining 3,700 feet of elevation。）
周六试图到山顶，周日回家。
计划周一早晨前回到湾区。
2： 本周5上午甚至中午在湾区集合，当天晚上到 lone pine. 当晚住在lone pine. 周
六早上在Long Pine吃好早饭。背着包hike 到“Trail Camp”周日早起争取到山顶，然
后下来。 晚上继续住在Long Pine，然后周一回来。如果因为天气问题耽误一天 |

去爬这个美国除了阿拉斯加以外最高的山 Mt Whitney。
大家都知道这个最高的山，其实是14er里面最容易容易，不需要任何technical skills
就可以爬的山，所以老少咸宜，非常受欢迎的一个hiking地点，以至于需要抽签才可以
在周末攀爬。
虽然我有好几年没爬山，跑步还是经常的，而且由于竞技跑步，对于hiking变得有点嗤
之以鼻。朋友临时邀请，我一口答应，到了出发前夜，我才开始准备，觉得这个对我而
言，简直就是小菜一碟。因为我在跑步前就爬过Cactus to Clouds (San Jacinto peak
), 10,400 elevation gain in 17 mile with 8000+ EG in the first 12 mile. 这个
Mt Whitney 不就是 6,200 EG in 11 mile 么。
我出发时候打包的简直就是可笑，我差点就决定单衣单裤去，背一个小Camelbak 水袋

发帖数: 7220 | 26 越临近登Whitney越觉得轻松，基于我和伙伴JM最近几个月的经验，上过海拔接近的，
走过距离更长的，所以难免有点轻视。虽然我也提醒他说毕竟所有因素加一起还是不会
太简单，我自己也当作是个例行公事了。不知道美国有没有山神，如果有，Whitney大
神显然是不悦了，预订礼拜六爬山，我从礼拜二开始发烧，每天103度烧到昏昏沉沉，
本来以为这种急性高烧1、2天就好了，结果天天靠儿子的motrin续命，每隔6、7个小时
如果不吃药就开始烧而且头痛得厉害。到了礼拜四终于忍不住去看医生，跟医生说我隔
两天要去做重体力活动，护士刮了我发炎的喉咙去做化验。结果沉痛地告诉我是病毒性
的，如果是病菌性的可以下重药保证我两天后不发烧，但是病毒性的只能靠身体自己抗
了，最后还是给我开了抗生素。礼拜三和礼拜四的晚上都出大量的汗，特别是礼拜四把
我在下面垫的浴巾湿透了，被子也湿透了，害得我大半夜的起来把被子放到一边换成盖
毯子。礼拜五早上起来感觉不错，没吃药也不发烧，我决定还是一同前往
从我家开到Lone Pine只要3个半小时，我坐在车上一个多小时后又开始发烧，烧到后来

突尼斯野猫遍地，狗见得很少，基本没有人家养猫狗做宠物。行人过马路比国人还猛。
穆斯林女人比较难交谈，感觉她们在突尼斯像是男人的影子，不太主动，也不活跃，只
是在街上走过而已，连招呼也很难打一个。
阿尔及利亚的经济在非洲仅次于南非，建筑公路都明显比突尼斯好很多，更像中国。车
多人多，路上经常有军警进行安全检查，看谁长得不顺眼就停下来查证件。广播里的阿
拉伯音乐也更有活力。女人似乎也更乐观，更容易交谈。吉尔市中心的建筑明显是法式
风格。
提示
1. 不要忘带插头转换器，两个圆孔的那种。
2. 突尼斯航空公司网上预订之后48小时到最近的销售点去付款。所以预订前看看自己
所在地是不是有他们的代理点，否则只能到当地再说。
3. 是学生的话办一张ISIC卡，所有景点免费。Tunis当地也可以办，但记着带学生证，
只要学生证还没过期，即使已经不是学生了，也可以办个3个月的。
4. 最好不要跟团玩儿。如果跟的话，Cartage一般都会安排，但看行程是否还去Bulla
Regia和Dougga，这两个地方很好，Bardo Museum里很多Mosaic展品都是这两个地方出
土的。

湖挺漂亮，mammoth/yosemite机场旁有个小湖很漂亮，后面是大草地和white mountain
作背景，mammoth lake附近有个devils postpile national monument可以顺道一游，
lone pine附近有个二战时关日本人的集中营旧址（不值得一游，仅供参考），lone
pine南边是DV/whitney访客中心，适合远眺Mt.Whitney。。。lone pine还有Alabama
hills，据说是很多老电影的拍摄地 |

设备。
大头儿子一个人唱了主声和合唱的部分。后面的高潮很难对准，唱了好多次。这次我们
第一次不是one take。我光对准和修就干了好久。
