is from that sliding?
Looks like the houses that had the problem were off on Lone Bluff Way which
backed right on to the hill which probably made those houses unstable. How
about the houses on Lone Bluff Drive & Palomino Mesa Rd.? They would be

护士阿姨过于谨慎，被安排进了CCU,于是一个晚上住下来花了一万多。好在生病前几天
刚买了保险，本以为只要付10%即可，结果保险公司拒付，称妈妈得的是Atrial
Fibrillation，并依据某医生（保险公司找来的）的判断，她的病是pre-existing的，
拒付！
真是岂有此理，妈妈心脏从来没有过问题，保险公司凭什么说pre-exist！于是我
找来医院的medical record，打算appeal保险公司。
在record里，医生提到Lone Atrial Fibrillation(孤立性心房纤颤)。请问各位：
Lone Atrial Fibrillation是pre-existing的吗？
另外，保险公司说appeal最好有医疗证明。目前我们有的只是她去年在美治疗的
record，为了证明她的健康状况，她以前的在国内的记录，比如每年的体检记录是否有
效。
恳请赐教。谢谢!

Lone peak, a 11,253ft peak, consider one of the most strenuous day hike in
the wasatch area in Utah. The easiest route is from Jacobs ladder trail (at
5600ft) from Draper side.
We originally plan to hike from the recent renovated Orson Smith trailhead
but after asking around we drive another 2~3 miles to reach the Jacobs
ladder trailhead. But the start time is already 8:00AM which is far behind
the 7:00AM plan.

I did fish a lot for crappie last spring. One thing I know about them is
that they do prefer to school together as a group. One thing I don't know

导游”随时跟着，二来玩回来写游记的时候还会再翻翻，了解一些当时未必了解到的背
景知识。当然，发达的互联网，很多旅游目的地都有自己专门的网站介绍，但是旅游书
还是不能被简单替代，它体现出信息过滤、集中、精华等特点，有的时候比漫天撒网做
功课要有效率。
当然花钱买到的旅游书，往往你只会用到其中的一小部分，也许因为你的出游地点只限
于几个地方；或许你只感兴趣景点介绍，而对旅馆什么的早在网上做好功课订好了。等
等等等原因，有的时候花钱买整本书似乎不太值得。Lonely Planet 在线网站最近推出
新的服务，Pick & Mix，
就是允许你只买它旅游书中的某一章，买了之后当然你只是得到它的pdf文件，你需要
自己打印下来，我大概看了看，目前开放的书不是很多，主要集中在中南美洲和加勒比
