要解释Oversign吧，
首先要从整个recruiting的process说起
学校在上一个学年的招生结束后，基本就开始了下一个学年的招生。除去很个别的情况
，大部分学校都是在春季学期开学，乃至春训开始以后的junior day开始给junior大规
模的发offer，这时候发出的offer有口头的，有书面的，但是学校都保留有撤回的权力
，因为每个学校都不能保证招的人一定来，所以都发了很多……以ND为例，在胖子主政
期间，每年大约发80－100个，现在Kelly每年能发到100－120个，所以留给学生和学校
都很大的选择空间。
进入夏季，学生开始参加各类的combine和camp，学校有更多的机会了解学生，学生也
借此到学校走动，互相了解了，commit就来了，这时候对于学校而言，一个头痛的问题
也产生了，随着commit的增加，他必须要时刻调整自己的招生策略，回撤部份的offer
，同时调整比例，保持有足够的空给想要的位置/想要的球员。这个过程贯穿整个秋季

，估计有很多纸，其中可能说benefit有多好，奖学金多少等等，然后附上LOI要你签。
recruit自认以为sign了LOI就是给奖了，基本上就是误导学生。但是教练并不会去说，
咳，你就是签了LOI，也不一定有奖，这样谁也不会去那学校。而且大部分的其他学校
，还就真的honor了，但是教练通常会告诉你是不是能commit，有很多offer根本是不
committable的，有一些是conditional的，例如你GPA必须够，等等。这些学校，一旦
接受commit，NSD的时候该recruit就会fax签了LOI，这样就deal了，不会中途反悔。
你的logic是，萨班没有犯法，没问题, whatever。
我的logic是，嗯，萨班没有犯法，但是这种做法值得鄙视。 |

我的理解是：
如果我签了LOI，要去A校，然后我变卦了，想去B校拿奖学金打球，就需要A校release
我。这个跟transfer到别的学校拿奖学金一样。
可是我签了LOI之后，决定去B校，而且可以自己出一年学费，LOI就管不着我了。第二
年可以照样拿奖学金。
所以这个LOI应该多少和奖学金相关吧？ |

boss is Barack Obama and we hold him accountable. Firing a guy who was
basically a temp and who was leaving next month anyway isn’t going to cut
it. Criminal prosecutions must follow.

Sadly, the 18 month investigation into the IRS targeting of conservative
groups isn’t over, and it may be worse than anyone thought. A federal judge
has broken loose more emails that the DOJ had surely hoped would never
