基本情况:大概一个月前开始跑的,经历各种伤痛(主要膝盖,脚趾水泡),现在算初
步入轨吧,从开始的170lb到现145lb左右(5’10“)。目标是能把小肚上的fat再瘦下
去点。饮食上基本没有特意控制,因为我觉的瘦身还是要靠跑动的(特针对我)。还有
就是我不care心率啥的,能跑得动就尽量跑(当然也不能跑的特快,不然后面就跑不动
了)。场所是学校的操场,用runkeeper测了一下,每圈大概500米。现在每次跑25-30
圈左右,期间会停一下(压压腿),主要是怕时间过长膝盖容易受伤。平均时间控制在
1到1.5小时。
9-22-2012: 26圈,1小时20分,算上前面,中间,和结束后的压腿拉伸(total15分钟
左右)。 |

Lunch: Colombian steak combo, 吃了目测非常瘦的牛肉6-7oz, 沙拉一扣扣,太尼玛
腻了,吃了米饭加豆3/4cup, 900 cal
dinner: 运动前后加起来 peach 1个,黄瓜一个, 面包一片 200 cal
运动:butt and gut toning 45min; triple fat burner (cardio,kickboxing+steps

我发现只有晚上这么吃才能减重……我用lose it记热量,其实我经常一天进食热量少
于1000的……运动完经常就剩3,400卡了,几次还是零……
不过我好像精神还好,不晕不饿,所以我几天前才来问正常不正常的…… |

这是我第一次在太平洋潜水,寒冷的太平洋。
在Sports Chalet订的tour, charter 是Lois Ann,一条小船,能容纳20个divers。
Eric 是我们的dive master,负责零零碎碎的事宜,并不跟我们下去潜水。
潜水的地点在Coronado 群岛,属于墨西哥海域,从San Diego出发只有20多英里的路程
,而且不用护照签证,嘿嘿。我们的小船一路乘风破浪,遇到海豚无数。那些海豚好像
特别喜欢和我们玩,就围着我们的船。有几头偏偏就在船头游的飞快。站在船头,看到
脚下离我不到两米远的海豚,真是可爱!因为Pacific Ocean比较冷,只有华氏50度左
右,还好我穿了7mm厚的wetsuit,还有hood vest |

Luckily Mike was looking for a partner and we paired up today. He is one of
those people who leads 5.11 trad, but for sports he doesn't do much better
than me. What's more, he only leads. TR is not what he prefers.
After working on some V2 bouldering, I led a 5.9+, then a 5.10 with two

没有办法调出我的旅行路线?
把GPS 联机之后,我发现Diag File folder 里有sys_log.bin file,想必是传说中的
GPS location log file。不知如何打开?

入秋就歇着了,吃得好睡得好喝得更好,就是懒得去锻炼,长膘飞快,一下子就210多
磅了。
二月份恢复了一下,每星期专门锻炼两次,打一到两次篮球。一共跑了12迈,体重
210磅(月初)。
三月一号正式开始锻炼,每星期去体育馆4.5次左右(跑步+健身),篮球两次。一共
跑了50迈,体重208磅(月初)。
四月强化,每星期去体育馆5.5次左右(跑步+健身),篮球两次。一共跑了66迈,体重
204磅(月初)。
五月强化,每星期去体育馆6次左右(跑步+健身),篮球两次。一共跑了83迈,体重
202磅(月初)。
六月强化,每星期去体育馆6次左右(跑步+健身),篮球两次,到今天刚好跑了70迈,
体重196磅(月初),昨天189磅,估计这个月能跑90迈,体重能稳定在190以下。
每次都是先跑步30到60分钟,然后再健身,精力有限,就不冲击大重... 阅读全帖 |

table.
Let's put it this way:
1. we spend 1 hours per day on average, that is 365 hours a year.
2. Realistically, let's assume (best case scenario) we made 10K profit over
the year. (I am not sure how many players on this board made it.)
Then, the hourly rate is: 27.3/hr.

that you should start to do something different. Like MM Laoshi said, your
system does not work really well so far, so you may add some aggression to
your game like liu suggests. I remember your AK/AQ discussion before, that
could be a major leak in your game if you think/play AK/AQ that way.

I kept my log for a few month back a little over two years ago, had similar
winning rate. the problem is that at 5-10 level, we do not get a "game"
very often nowdays. A game means there are table open and at least 2 fishes
in. so we do not have so many hours playing. |
