早上在左转 lane 等红灯，后面跟了一队车。交通灯变绿后，看到后面的车往前靠了靠
，抬头一看已经是绿灯了。看到对面没有直行的来车，前方clear，就从 Full Stop 开
始左转。也就1秒钟，突然感觉我驾驶位的玻璃上撞上一个人来，我驾驶位置正前方的
windshield瞬间塌进来。赶紧刹车停下，emergency light， 下车看到一个人躺在地上
，他的自行车卡在车的右前轮上了，原来是有人骑车从人行道上冲过来了，我正在左转
，他的自行车卡在车上，人飞出来撞到我的驾驶位玻璃上了。赶紧上前询问那人怎么样
了。边上的行人也一下子上来，有人帮忙打电话，一分钟警察，救护车就到了，把那个
伤者抬上送医院了。一下子不知所错，边上的目击证人，有一个说她看到那个骑自行车
的人朝我冲过来，其他几个目击证人说骑车的人在骑车过人行道。。。警察后来都拿了
她们的报告，也让我描述了发生的过程。然后警察要了 registration, insurance

发帖数: 4 | 3 三月十八号下午，我开车经过一个十字路口，然后再左转道上等待左转，等到左转的绿
色箭头时开始左转，刚转到中间，就看到有一辆车从我的右侧靠近，我忙刹车可是他还
是撞上我的车了。装上后，那辆车急忙倒车，迅速开走，我的车的乘客侧的frame 和
bumper，灯都撞碎了。当时很多人看道后就主动留下来给我作证，证人来我的后面，左
面和前面，三个方向，并且撞我的车逃走后车牌掉下来了。警察用车牌锁定了车主，但
是车主和司机不是一个人，车是合法的。但是警察没去找车主，不给我保险信息。我问
他能不能去找车主，他说他害怕murder。并且主要的责任要司机付，虽然车主有责任。
我问他需要多少时间，他说不好说，最少需要两个月的样子。我打电话去了州的
department of revenue,问他们能不能提供我一些保险信息，他们让我填一个1040的表
，然后邮寄过去，大概三个月能给我处理。
我打电话去我的保险公司，他们说我的车是liability（GEICO），不能修车，但是可以
在他们内部找找车主的保险，但是他们只找到过期的保险，还是修不了我的车。

个车道。我跟bus 是相反的方向。当时还在考虑是不是需要停车，但是已经开过去了。
根据virginia 的法律， 有罪是肯定的。查询了一下这是一个big ticket，很严重。
更严重的是， 我在今年7月份吃了一个ticket了，是 not completely stop on the
stop sign. 上了驾校，还在保释期。 今天去学校的免费律师咨询了下，他让我请一个
律师。因为我是international student。情况还是很严重的。 想在版里问下， 有没
有人经历过类似情况？ 严重到什么程度？会不会吊销我liscence？律师能帮助到什么
程度？会减轻我的处罚吗？ 如果只是罚款还不要紧，就当交钱买个经验。但是如果还
有其它什么的，就需要好好找个律师处理下了。。。。。。希望版里有人能说一下。
唉，4月份刚拿到驾照，5月份刚买的车。怪自己不认真。单事情已经发生了。。。希望

does not mean they do not need to meet certain standard.I should admit, the
standard of community colleges will be lower than the ivy league schools.

中国人, 另外oregon的core research也是不行的
不过知道有同学去了santa clara的consumer electronics或其他部门,需要申请export

review.到现在已经两个月了，还是这个状态没变过。中间申请加急两次都被拒，说不
再受理我的加急请求，除非到75天后
今天我lp收到她的EAD卡，她是6月15号在nebraska file的。看来不同center处理速度
不一样，也要拼rp
真不知道自己的opt啥时候能拿到，祈祷祈祷。。。
8月10号后drive liscence就过期了，没Opt还不能续。。。 |

总结如下：
1. 需对此人查credit report;
2. 需对此人背景调查。
便依次进行。
此人文件提供的倒挺全，
SSN, driver liscence, credit report(他自己提供的）,
pay stab, 1040
一查不得了， 在不花钱的情况下，已经发现以下问题：
1. 此人credit 只为544。
2. 背景调查方面：
*工作单位查无此人；（夫妻两都不在相关的单位出现）
*此人自称律师，但facebook 查无此人；
*LinkedIn 16 same name person in USA, no one worked in the company he shown
in the document.
当然有更有针对性的背景调查，
比如可以查他的evication history;
通过SSN查背景。
不过大家觉得这个钱该花吗？ |
