Liqin律师。Ban律师很给力，及时回复email，reference letter也准备的很好，省了
我很多时间。材料准备大概花了3-4个月吧，审批快要11个月了，相当漫长，因为中间
被RFE了一次。毫无针对性理由的RFE，估计就是没功夫看了，直接打回去重来。不过总
算通过了，最近NIW排期也大幅度提速，形势一片大好。Bless正在为140努力的同志们

审稿：70+，有仨IF10+的，其他的水杂志居多，都是从熟人那里要来的；
引用：递的时候大约120，几乎没啥自引；
推荐信5，仨独立其中一个两院院士。Pharma圈子很小其实五个都是熟人，其中三个人
拜托了一下答应做独立推荐人。
朋友推荐的版上的aprilsummer（Liqin Ban），律师工作做得很细致，包括媒体报道啊
，挖掘文章的亮点啊。按照要求自己挖了一下发现材料还是挺多的。中间不时电话联系
，很让人放心。
7.10左右递，11月底批。NSC，没有pp也没有RFE。 |

chapter，5个poster；引用120；审稿30+；5封推荐信，其中3个是独立的。当时没敢pp
。后来等了5个月整，7月份来了rfe。rfe要求evl，以及坑爹的说我没有提交任何材料.
.....后来律师让加了3封独立推荐信。等到deadline前一周把材料交上去了。依然没有
evl，律师用了一个找工作的plan代替了，另外引用涨到160，审稿40，文章数量没变化
。依然没有pp。今天下午来了短信说通过了。
全程找的律师，是原来这里的版主，现在自己当律师的Liqin Ban。老版主的确自信，
全程没给看petition letter，也没给看rfe的回信。当然Ban律师有问必答，回复速度
特别快，而且帮忙分析形势，让我感到非常放心。
下一步就是485了，也可以开始找工作了。

NIW PD： 2013/12/16。
2015年EB2排期大跃进后大倒退，本人以一两天之差死在闸前，想着这些年在美国为
Visa的挣扎，决定试一下EB1a。当我自己找的引用只有96，做的方向冷门，发的文章IF
<4，没有领域内Top杂志。条件很弱。经同学介绍了班律师（Liqin Ban），在她的指导
下查找自已的亮点和引用，写Research Summary。5封推荐信全部是律师起草。推荐信
写得很到位，并且中肯不夸张。我只需要把推荐人的背景加进去。Petition Letter没
有看，全程信任班律师。先是交了140，后追加PP，Approved in 3 days。
NIW的律师是个老美，也很中肯，但是她很强调媒体报道，觉得我的是EB1a弱Case。但
