于prevention of stroke in patients with A-fib，or treatment VTE.
antiplatelets such as aspirin 用来防止 platelet rich thrombus formation. 所
以主要用于心脑血管病的防治。机理不一样，所以针对也有不同。
warfarin bleeding risk 远大于aspirin。特别是不能做到有效 routine therapeutic
monitoring 的情况下。

今天又看了看,有几个问题：
levaquin在这里的作用是神马？没觉得有必要上abx啊
有几个liver meds，比如apap, lipitor之类的，discharge之后应该由pcp来解决。
metoprolol 12.5 mg bid又有必要吗？血压已经很低了。最好把lasix 和kcl一起get
rid of
还有protonix 8 mg/hr iv太多了，改成40mg qd or bid比较好吧。
不管是iv KCl 还是dc KCl, po KCl 肯定是要改的。
再给病人test for H.pylori |

发帖数: 10 | 15 爸爸大概一个半月前消化道出血后来又发现心梗 （心电图发现的，心梗前自己觉得经
常有噎挺感），从消化内科转到心内科治疗了三个星期。现在爸爸出院大概3个星期，
在家歇着。他现在在吃倍他洛克和可定 （Rosuvastatin ，Crestor)。问题如下：
1. 他想问问可定还要不要吃？他的理由是这样的：可定是降血脂的，他的血脂都正常
，是不是就不用吃了？他还担心吃可定会不会把血脂降到太低，对身体有什么不好的影
响？
我大概看了一下，可定是他汀类（statin) 药物，内源性胆固醇合成酶特异性抑制剂。
好像还有其它非降脂作用。总体上能稳定斑块和逆转斑块。我好像看到可定能增加胰岛
素抗性和增加二型糖尿病的风险。我听我妈说我爸有一次血糖值快到临界了。我还问了
国内的一个心内医生，她说是要吃的。她建议把可定换成立普妥（Atorvastatin，
lipitor)，说是可定造成血糖升高的风险大一些。
各位医生，你们建议我爸还吃这个药吗？要是吃，应该吃多久呢？
2.还有一个问题，出院以后爸爸一直在家，没有到外面去过。他现在感觉还可以。想问
问什么时候能下楼去活动？我家住五楼，没电梯，要爬上爬下。

1.开源: 全民强制医保，希望从当前的85%升至95%以增收保费。
2.节流: o8 与实力最强大的 pharmacy sector 签盟以取得支持，即在08年提价3%，但
在09年

and error呗，总不能等到把来龙去脉都搞得一清二楚才批准人吃药啊。那得等到什么
时候，现在就病着的人就得忍受么？
搞不清原理的又何止是忧郁症的药，就那现在满世界泛滥的心血管药物，降胆固醇的，
lipitor, xetia，等等，几个billion的药。按理说，都有客观的blood test数字，
cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglyceride，不是很容易很简单么？比大脑直接多了吧？
结果现在发现，我们过去当成宝书一样的正常标准和自以为是的心血管疾病的成因，原
来是半对，还有一大半根本不知道，LDL分很多种，triglyceride 才是关键，等等，等
等。糖尿病也一样，医生们信誓旦旦地教学生教病人控制牵浇咏Ｔ胶茫峁?现在发现太近正常的控制，死得更快。。。
你把处方药的package inserts拿出来看看pharmacology部分，绝大多数都说，the
