。打完当天和第二天都喊腿疼，也不太敢走路，给吃了泰勒。第三天能走路能跳，可是
走路还是一瘸一拐。问了护士，护士说这个疫苗就是对肌肉的刺激很大，可能会疼几天
。可现在已经五天了，孩子走路比开始几天好一些，可还是明显不对，还是有点limp，
走路时候明显往一侧撇着。心里着急地不得了，明天带孩子去看医生。想问问有没有过
类似情况或者了解一些的，会不会是打到神经线了？还是疫苗本身的副作用？真担心会
对孩子有影响。 |

和川崎根本就不搭边。
Neuronlastoma是小儿最常见的神经系统肿瘤之一。physical exam发现有limping,
differential diagnosis里列上neuroblastoma也很正常。
WBC and platelet都升高，最有可能是感染后的正常反应。
要是只有WBC高那么长时间，感染和leukemia都要在differential diagnosis 里。再继
续查去排除。

候肉泥、土豆泥、整个鸡蛋、红薯，8个月已经吃饺子，1岁吃大人餐了。给他换换口味
试试。
另外，一直觉得番茄是喂辅食的利器，不管是当水果还是做到饭菜里，孩子都很喜欢，
而且开胃。

我现在学校做postdoc，持有cap-exempt的H1B，有效至今年8月31日。半个月前拿到一个
公司的offer，公司希望我9月1日就开始上班。我第一次申请cap-subject的H1B，
公司律师说2007年有一个什么memo，即使有cap，10月1日之前也能合法工作。
因为我现在的H1B 8月31日到期，律师递交了两份申请：
一份是H1B extension, 将我现在的H1B延长到9月30日；
一份是H1B transfer, 将我的H1B的sponsor转到新的公司，9月1日开始。
各位觉得靠谱吗？ USCIS批准的可能性大吗？

挤的建筑，和随着生活节拍快速扭动的车流与人群。我像逃
命一样从一座建筑的阴影跑到另一座建筑的阴影里，只有在
Trident书店里一边看书，一边喝Cappuccino时才感觉到一点
温暖和放松。

从地铁口出来，正站在哈佛广场上。不要以为那里真的有个
广场，其实都是繁华的商业街道，就像北大小南门外一样，

度作出大致判断，我想这大概是放之四海皆准的原则。

查了查网络，计划坐CT limo or Primetime 到YALE, 然后打电话给实验室的人（投币

Limo是不是到晚上10点啊？只能到NEV HEVEAN车站吗?(网上说如果要LIMP停靠在Phelps
Gate 要到YALE 的ID)。还有需要网上预定吗？

马上开车去24hr vet hospital。 不去附近穷人区的， 要开到单程20分钟的富人区的
vet hospital。
Vet tech 摸了摸， 说没什么， 休息两天， 不好的话， 再回来。
花了150块钱， 累的开车回到家。 |

trilene.
10lb以上我还是用clinch。
trilene的结打出来线结的角度有点不好，不像clinch是垂直的。

coach Brad Childress confirmed Monday.
Favre's injured ankle is in a walking boot. He hasn't been ruled out for
Sunday's game at the New England Patriots and he won't need surgery,
Childress said.
Favre has started 291 consecutive games, but this injury places that
streak in serious jeopardy. Tarvaris Jackson would start if Favre can't
play.
