Wayne State University的潘卓华。
Nature
Neuroscience

How Profitable Are High-Frequency Trading Strategies?
Oct 2 2009 | 9:25am ET
By Irene Aldridge -- High-frequency trading has been taking Wall Street by
storm. While no institution thoroughly tracks the performance of high-
frequency funds, colloquial evidence suggests that the majority of high-
frequency managers delivered positive returns in 2008, while 70% of low-
frequency practitioners lost money, according to The New York Times.
The discourse on the profitability of high-frequenc...

It might be a fool's errand, but so do lots of things in life.
I also believe there are Americans who would prefer legal immigrants vs.
illegal immigrants; professional vs. non professionals; high tech vs. low
tech; ... It might need only one voice that's powerful enough to change
policy.
Also, I believe just presenting ones' human story with diginity to the
opponents and onlookers is much more important than the result of the fight,
and much more effective in the long run than methods like prot...
