其实悬崖侧面就是沙滩.就是有的多有的少.我是终于理解每个下悬崖的楼梯上

我游泳不是按次数算的，因为一天游１－３次，分俩个不同的池，最怕碰到替我拍蝶泳
录像的lifeguard和一俄罗斯大叔，还有一个老黑和老白，一聊就是很长，有些时候把
事情都忘了。
上星期刚把泳裤丢了，因为运动包忘了上拉链，又要赶回家。
２周前泳镜也丢了，也是聊天后忘了带上就去洗澡了。

I won't worry about 老美 in this case.
Enjoy your laps and move on, let the lifeguard, pool manager, and police
handle them if the doggie style go a little bit too far and too wild.

发帖数: 9616 | 35 everystep: 得罪一下，美国的些有点水平的比赛，象马拉松啥的都是要交钱+time
qualify才能去的，按我们古代的话说是财武双全却要自己花钱买罪收。哈哈。差别挺
大的，根据本人深邃的目光观察：大运动量的体育竞技其实是修身养性最好的途径，
mental + physical + psyco toughness = 三好学生。
人活一辈子，总不能总是只顾数钱煮饭呀。先人有云：人生苦短，应及时行乐。此为一
perfect execution. 通常这些还穿插些 charity donation啥的，又行乐有做善事，不
管小善还是大善，必须为之。
另外顺便回答一下，这些游泳是要占航道的，估计nypd啥的都得出来维持一下，加上
lifeguard/boat rental啥的，还是挺不容易省钱的。
水赃的问题：一年一次，也没啥，boston空气指数那么差马拉松不是照样满大街塞满人
找不着厕所得随地大小便吗？哈哈。关键还是人能不能finish,这个才是硬道理 |

发帖数: 9616 | 41 catch就是手掌入水的那一刹那。游长途catch可以轻一些，拇指侧先入水，放松一些，catch以后手向前尽量reach,这样人的身体就自然打开=拉成直线了。这样游很舒服，lifeguard blonde也看得舒服，那边小孩都快drown了也不一定看得见，哈哈，我的经验。 |

wears lifejacket in the pool. As a fomer lifeguard, I appreciate people
taking care of their family. It maybe unusual to be seen one of these on an
adult in China because people don't usually buy or sell life jackets in
China.
The best thing to do is to ask your mom because if she does not want to wear
it then it is no good. Can you imagine the freedom she has in the pool
