做不到高精度来区分物体。算法必须忽略，要不就没法自适应巡航驾驶了。 要解决只

运动速度不快，又不是跟鹿一样突然跳出来。uber用的lidar是利用infrared laser
pulses，不应该会看不到。具体为何会误判，估计得等几个月具体数据出来才能明白。

个人，我是土博来美国四年多做了三个地方的博士后，文章一作有一篇可能有戏，绿卡
在办niw,孩子马上就要有第二个了，压力真的有点大，有个学长跟我说先积累几年直接
上EB1A，结果自己沉不住气还是打算先NIW,还好跟老婆在一个地方工作，但是经常要受
伊朗老板的气（要我租他的破房子和买他撞坏过的车，我骨头硬都拒绝了，结果曾经有
段时间被数落得没有了自信，这个店面给了我不少的信心），不过现在才知道我只是被
拿去打炮灰的，现在打算要重整旗鼓好好工作多发文章，边读一个CS在线硕士充电，也
希望自己能换到隔壁的NICE大老板组里面。
说一下我自己的情况，我国内学的是GIS（地理信息系统），来这里后做了遥感（LiDAR
）和水文（Hydrology),在这期间有了一些大数据处理和分析的经验，加上以前的程序

有身份，第一份工作, 在KLA做engineering的工作， 给了offer，
催着要去上班，主要是长经验，salary不是最考虑的，主要是看以后发展空间大
不大，换工作方便不（应该不会在加州安家），我在indeed搜了一圈
，找不到什么相关的职位（也许我search的不对），看glassdoor上的的review，说
career growth不好，non-transferable technique。还说做product development的，
只能focus 你自己的那部分

钱不用了就全部变成利润了。到时候哪个开支大都说不清楚。无人车是个大市场，但是
更多是系统级别大机会，上下游都有吃，具体到做无人车，大概率不会比狗和脸的广告
业务利润率高，说不定还不如给无人车提供零件比如Lidar的赚钱
很多公司想做一个无人车系统，然后硬件不自己做，靠现有车厂，我觉得这个是很幼稚
的想法，看看现在一个简单的手机Android，狗狗适配都多难，到时候一个车这些不想
做整车的是不行的 |

即使是99%的识别率,一辆车车行驶在路上遇到的东西可太多了,遇到一万个物体就有100
个识别不出来.... 更何况同时在路上行驶的车成千上万,这个错误叠加起来就很可观了.
而且现在无论什么sensor 包括lidar, 识别率都没有能到98%以上的 |
