12月17日我在Infiniti 4S店签了一份39个月的Lease合同，Downpay 3400，Monthly
340+30，同网上价格一致。
12月31日，Dealer打电话说有些文件需要处理把我骗至4S店，一个自称manager的人说
我的contract被拒，要求重签一份24个月的合同，月供上升了100刀。我不同意，他威
胁说把钥匙留下，否则报警说车被偷之类。我说需要考虑后离开。
我仔细检查了合同，并没有金融方案被拒绝合同失效之类的隐藏条款，签名也是
infiniti of bellevue（dealer），Lessor中止合同的条款也被限制到一些不付款，虚
假材料之类的内容。
我想请教的是，如果我不同意中止合同，4S应该没有权利单方中止吧，不管infiniti
finance center接不接他这个合同。
另外，一个manager给我发了邮件，给了两个选择，一，给我把24个月的月供降到同39
个月让我签新合同，二，还车。 对于这两个选择，我都有权拒绝吧。

lessor 的 financial charge, 全国都一样没啥好谈的。
反正lease就是看 capitalized cost, 你觉得不满意，就接着砍车价。
基本上砍到0down每月税前的 monthly pay能到 MSRP的1/100就是好deal. |

确认是否续租，我们没有仔细研究合同，就等对方通知。后在没有任何通知的情况下，
我们在7月底向公司提出合同到期后不再续租，但对方却告诉我们租期已经按合同自动
延续到明年9月。我们翻出合同来看，原来写道：

那么这个amount跟那个dwelling有什么关系么？appraisal给出来的rebuild cost明显

租房公司突然说
每个月需要交纳110元水电费，我觉得我根本用不了这么多水电，所以拒绝签字 。
第二天 ，房东给我打电话，说最后一个月结算的时候，会根据我的实际用水电量，把
多余的水电费退
还给我。我觉得还比较合理，就签字了。

刚查了租房合同，真累啊，字超级小，里面写着”Clothes washers and dryers, or
dishwashers, unless installed by Lessor,cannot be kept in the apartment“,
合同补充条款里面写着“No additional appliances or machinery may be installed
or changed." 公寓的水费是在房租里的，而且公寓带有投币洗衣房。
小洗衣机都是portable的，也不需要install，可以这么理解吗？这种情况下我再买就
是违反规定了吗？
查了半天小洗衣机，这太让人郁闷了。Baby的小衣服什么的洗洗倒是不累，床单浴巾洗
