本来在24个月要做的维护/注册都不做了。但羊毛出在羊身上，你懂的。
作为N年的E350 owner(lessee), 我多说两句吧。其实，后座的问题不是狭小，后座脚
踏的地方中间是突起的，坐两个大人没问题，但中间再坐第三个大人会很不舒服。另外
因为没有touch screen，导航系统比较难操作。对我家来说，你前面提到的一些跟这两点
比起来，就更不重要了。每个人对车的侧重点不一样，所以这些缺陷还不足以让我放弃
E350。 |

发帖数: 50 | 50 昨天考了FAR，非常非常不好，大部分的Simulations都弄不懂出题人的意思。而且很多
题目都很偏。
不得不提的是Derivative，这个部分以为不是终点，居然让我碰到了一个关于Hedging
的买卖麦子的
问题。蒙都不知道怎么蒙。Simulations估计能拿1/3就不错了。
MC有大概10道题是蒙的。Fair Value，OCI，Expense recognition,Exchange，
Lease,bond,gov't 是重点。Pension 不多。Gov‘t，NFP都是基本概念题，我觉得是最
省时间的
题目。
大家有没有碰到一些题目，明明知道怎么做可是没正确答案呢？我只提一个Self-lease
back的题，
这个Seller-Lessee 的租金跟她收到的selling price 一样，可答案就是没有，$0,
defer all
the gain的选项,真是浪费时间。
昨天考完，开车回家哭了一路，真是很佩服那些考完就有信心可以pass的人。要开始准
备AUD了，重考
可能也要等到三月份了。 |
