We are considering renting a house in Englewood Cliffs because of the great
school and proximity to NYC. Will my kids turn into snobs?
Answer:
it's a risk in any wealthy town. englewood cliffs is an affluent community,
so yes, there's a possibility of it happening. you can't completely escape
the superficial, materialistic element in any upper income area.

You can hardly find a realtor better than her. We were quite picky. We shop
around more than 2 years with her before buying one at the end of 09.
But her health condition is not that good recently. You may want to call her
to see what she can do for you.
If she ask who gave you the name, just tell her the one bought a house
across her backyard. She will know. |

personally I don't think you NEED a realtor at all.
especially for the market (area aspect) you are looking now. there is no
secret, hidden gem, or anything that requires a CONNECTION to get to.
do some homework. talk to the listing agt. SAVE a buck. |

on most days, the bus is not too bad. But 2 issues:
1 - Port Authority is so out of way from everything, especailly the east
side, it is a huge pain to travel from there to my office. There is no good
connecting subway to take.
2 - there is always some sort of accident in Lincoln Tunnel once every 2
weeks.. there is always something.. When it happens you would get stuck

and a friend of mine gets on 6 train almost instantly， for years. always.
she says 6 is her favoriate. never have to wait.
like everything else...bus, train, 天府，130 Main Street 豆腐饱。 都是讲缘分
的. 合则灵， 不合则撤。。。speaking of which....

I just tell township that I can do the job by myself and how about the

vary depend on different rule of town hall.
As far as i know, if you just do the surface work like changing toilet,
paving new tile, etc, which will not require license.
But if you wannna change the pipe or electrical cable, which is required
licensed handyman. |

schools.
You are taking all sorts of risks with Dumont or Bergenfield.
Cresskill is GOOD. So is CLOSTER.
I recommend Leonia and Fort Lee
budget. |

怎么我的观察跟你正相反，好像附近情况差不多的都是从南向北逆流而上。
不管什么白的，黄的，混血的，在纽约上班的通常是无孩的时候广泛分布在从newport/
exchange place 到hoboken到weehawken, west new York,然后edgewater -- 总之是从
lower manhattan河对面开始。然后有孩子以后开始向北迁徙,fort lee, Leonia (学区

Lots and Lots and Lots of choices still available.
In the past, I used to recommend Rain Rosenfeld and Maggie Huang (Huang Feng
Ming and Jia, the daughter) to people here,
but for the areas above, the only agent I would recommend is ME.
Don't worry about money. Money does not determine whether you get the BEST
possible home for you.
